      SOLUTION: The plurality of lighting optical fiber bundles 20 are disposed surrounding the outer circumference of a solid imaging element storage cylinder 10 and integrally covered with a single coating tube 22 adjacent to the rivet member 15 attached to the tipmost joint ring 14a out of a plurality of joint rings forming the curved part. This constitution can prevent the respective lighting optical fiber bundles 20 from interfering with the rivet member 15 attached to the tipmost joint ring 14a.
