摘要： The present disclosure provides a dual mode detection method, controller and system, which relates to the technical field of radiation detection. The dual mode detection method of the present disclosure includes: determining a ratio of neutron to X-ray differential cross sections of an inspected object, according to X-ray object detection data, X-ray object-free detection data, neutron object detection data, and neutron object-free detection data; determining a substance type of the inspected object according to a correspondence between the ratio of neutron to X-ray differential cross sections of the inspected object and the substance type.

摘要： A neutron generation apparatus, a neutron imaging device and an imaging method are disclosed. The neutron imaging device includes a neutron generation apparatus for generating a continuous energy spectrum neutron beam; a neutron detector for receiving a neutron beam which penetrates an object being inspected to obtain an electrical signal; a data collection circuit coupled to the neutron detector, for converting the electrical signal into a digital signal; and a data processing apparatus coupled to the data acquisition circuit, for obtaining images of the object being inspected under neutrons of different energy spectrums based on the digital signal. The above technical solutions may be utilized to generate the continuous energy spectrum neutron beam so that the images of the object being inspected under the neutrons of different energy spectrums may be obtained by the time-of-flight method, improving sensitivity of the detection.

摘要： The application relates to a method and device for imaging an object through photoneutron transmission. The method uses photoneutron rays to transmit the object, and comprises the following steps: emitting photoneutron rays by a photoneutron source to irradiate on the object; receiving the photoneutron rays from the photoneutron source by a detector; and imaging the object based on the photoneutron rays received by the detector; wherein the detector can slow down and absorb the photoneutrons, and wherein the incidence direction of the photoneutron rays from the photoneutron source and the normal direction of the detector surface form an angle ranging from 60 degrees to 87 degrees, or from about 60 degrees to about 87 degrees.
