摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a powder coated steel tube coated with powdered fluorine for the purpose of improving its bonding properties. CONSTITUTION: A powder epoxy layer 2 and a powder fluorine layer 3 are laminated successively on the surface of a steel tube 1 to which ground coating such as blast finishing is applied. Thus superior bonding properties are provided, and oxygen or rainwater is not permeated from flaws or ends when the steel tube is used outdoors to keep superior resistance to corrosion for a long period of time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently execute automatic masking by disposing a series of devices consisting of a turning roll for carrying in and out and winding a steel pipe, an automatic masking tape supplying device, a masking tape press roll and a masking tape cutter. CONSTITUTION:The steel pipe 2 is carried into the automatic masking tape supplying device 1 and a pinch roll 3 is first lowered and is brought into contact with the steel pipe 2 and simultaneously a steel pipe side shift 4 is advanced in order to automatically mask the steel pipe 2. The press roll 5 is then risen and while the masking tape 12 un-wound from a coil 9 is tensed by the tension roll 10 in the state of pressing the steel pipe 2, a sticking roll 6 is risen to stick the masking tape 12 to the steel pipe 2. In succession, the turning roll 7 is rotated by a driving motor 11 and is stopped; thereafter, a cutter 8 is advanced to cut the masking tape 12. The steel pipe 2 is thereafter carried out.

SOLUTION: A beltlike plastic film 5 pushed out in a melting condition from a slit nozzle by a T die method, is cooled on a cooling roller 6, and after its temperature is set to a prescribed temperature higher than a softening point temperature of a plastic material, it is wound in a spiral shape while applying pressing force to an outer periphery of a heat insulating layer 2 of foaming plastic. A surface temperature of the plastic film 5 before winding is set higher by 60 to 120 deg.C than a softening point temperature of the plastic material. This temperature is also controlled by adjusting a temperature of the cooling roller 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a gap, enhance shearing adhesive strength and improve the quality of a product by feeding an adhesive under pressure using attached blades for squeezing and storing after pretreatment of the inner surface of a metal pipe, then applying the adhesive to the inner surface with the concurrent procedure to insert a synthetic resin pipe, and feeding the adhesive under pressure likewise from a cap for sealing off an atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:First, the inner surface of a metallic pipe 1 is acid-washed and blasted as pretreatment, then caps for shutting off an atmosphere 2, 3 are installed on both pipe ends of the metallic pipe 1. Further, ad adhesive 4 is fed under pressure from one end using a pump, and in this case, a blade 5 for squeezing the adhesive and a blade 6 for storing it are installed on the tip of a pressure feed hose 7. The adhesive 4 is applied to the inner surface of the metallic pipe 1 with the concurrent procedure to insert a synthetic resin pipe 8 with a cap 9 for preventing the adhesive from flowing in on the tip, along the inner surface from the one end. In addition, the adhesive 4 is fed under pressure using a pump, likewise from a cap 2 for shutting off an atmosphere fixed to the introduction side of the synthetic resin pipe 8.

CONSTITUTION:A pawl inside coating device 7 is composed of a coating nozzle 4, guide roll 5, and expanding/contracting rod 6. This guide roll 5 uses the flange part of an L-pawl 2-1 as a support and is fitted to L-pawl 2-1, and to the tip 9 of a coating robot the relative position with respect to the L-pawl 2-1 is held always constant against varying position of L-pawl 2-1 up and down and to the left and right. By the expanding/contracting rod 6 coupling and holding are made with the tip 9 of coating robot arm, and the coating nozzle 4 and guide roll 5 are coupled by a fixed frame 8 so as to always hold constant the relationship with respect to the L-pawl inside 2-2 of the covered surface. This enables application of coatings even to the mother tube part of the L-pawl inside with the same degree of quality.

When an accumulated set number-of-rotation difference calculation display 18 is not received within a positional shift tolerance value, the T-pawl 15 of the steel pipe sheet pile is again aligned with the center of the image projected on the ITV 14. By this method, safety and sanitation enhanced work can be performed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cost continuously a film of a thin uniform thickness by a method wherein highly viscous coating material is supplied from a nozzle with a screw type coating pump capable of supplying the coating material by an air pump of a specific pressure, and a plurality of coating material are applied with fogging by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current. SOLUTION: The pressure of air for fogging of coating material by atomization mixing is raised to 2-4kg/cm with an air compressor 1, and then supplied to a nozzle 9 wherein a plurality of coating materials can be sprayed by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current of air. Besides, highly viscous curing type coating material is introduced to a nozzle 9 wherein a plurality of coating materials are fogged by atomization mixing with high speed vortex current of air with a screw type pump for main agent coating material 5 and a screw type pump for curing agent coating material 8. Though highly viscous coating material is discharged from the nozzle 9 by 50-300g/min discharge, since the air is supplied as high speed vortex current, the coating material is fogged by atomization mixing. Thereby, a film of uniform thickness of several tens μm is continuously coated.
