摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent fastening strength from lowering with neither countersuck head screw nor fastened member damaged by forming an inner circumferential side cylindrical section into a surface which matches both of the head bearing surface of a countersunk head screw and the counterbore of a fastened member, and thereby forming a recessed dent section and swelled-up section in the inside and the outside of the aforesaid surface respectively. CONSTITUTION:An inner circumferential side cylindrical section 11 made of a metallic thin sheet which is of spring properties is formed into a truncated cone which matches the head bearing surface of a countersunk head screw and the counterbore of a fastened member. In addition, recessed dent sections 16 are formed at each No. 1 position 15 on the outer circumferential side cylindrical section 12 within the extension line of an inner circumferential side cylindrical section 11, and swelled-up sections 18 are formed at each No.2 position 17 in each intermediate section between mutually adjacent No. 1 sections 15 in the outside of the extension line of the inner circumferential side cylindrical section 11. This thereby prevents the inner corner section 16a at the end periphery of the outer circumferential side cylindrical section 12 and the outer corner section 18a thereof from being slidably brought in contact with the head bearing surface of the countersunk head screw and the counter bore of the fastened member respectively, fastening strength is thereby prevented from being lowered with neither countersunk head screw nor fastened member damaged at the time of fastening/ removing.
