    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting engine cooling water, through which engine cooling water residing in a disposal vehicle can be extracted with high extraction rate and in a short time. SOLUTION: An engine cooling system comprises a radiator 3; an engine cooling water passage 2 connected to the radiator through a radiator upper hose 4 and a radiator lower hose 5; a heater core 11 connected to the engine cooling water passage through a heater upper hose 12 and a heater lower hose 13; and a reservoir tank 8 connected to the radiator through a reserve hose 9. In a method for extracting engine cooling water residing in an engine cooling system, an attachment 20 for suction is inserted in the radiator hose 5 with a cap 7 of the radiator 3 and a cap 10 of the reservoir tank 8 closed and engine cooling water residing in the engine cooling system is sucked. Thereafter, the heater core upper hose 12 is cut and an engine cooling system is released in the atmosphere and further the engine cooling water residing in the engine cooling system is sucked.

    • PURPOSE:To dissolve the dispersion of adhesive in the adhered area so as to secure positive adhesive strength by providing cutout holes at the front and rear parts of the adhered face of a fitting wall as well as providing cut-and- raised flanges at the front and rear edge parts of the adhered face, thus forming an adhesive retaining part between the cut-and-raised flanges. CONSTITUTION:Fitting plates 22 of a reinforcement 20 are adhered to the rear face of a hood outer panel 11. The adhesive 30 applied between both cut-and- raised flanges 24, 24 of the fitting plates 22 is formed into a flat face maintaining the fixed thickness by remaining between both cut-and-raised flanges 24, 24, and is in contact with the rear face of the hood outer panel 11 along the whole region. The adhered area (a) is therefore prevented from the genera tion of dispersion so as to secure the adhesive strength of adhering the rear face of the hood outer panel 11 and the reinforcement 20 positively. As a result, the increase in the applied quantity of the adhesive 30 can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the sealing effect by forming a sealing guide bead at the chassis rear edge of a front floor in the direction of car width and superposing a rear floor onto the bead concaved part, projecting the chassis front flange, thus increasing the sealing area. CONSTITUTION:At the rear edge of the chassis of a front floor 1, a sealing guide bead 2 projecting under the chassis so as to shield the axis line in the direction of splash approaching under the chassis is formed in the direction of car width. Said guide 2 is formed from the bead concaved part 2a opened above the chassis and the bead projection part 2b projecting under the chassis, and the projecting width of the bead projection part 2b is set to the value sufficiently shielding the axis line L1 in the direction of splash approaching to the undersurface of the floor. While, the front flange 3a of the chassis of a rear floor 3 is superposed onto the rear edge of the chassis on the upper surface of the front floor 1 so as to project into the bead concaved part 2a, and the inside seam between the both floors 1 and 3 is sealed by a sealer 4.
