    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the waste of an inspecting work so as to be capable of concentrating on the inspecting work by performing the inspecting work according to an optional inspecting procedure while specifying a target to be inspected on the basis of the working sound of automobile electric equipment to be inspected without preliminarily setting the inspecting order. SOLUTION: A sound collecting analyzing device 50 functions as working sound detecting means, and an automobile electric equipment checker 60 as current value measuring means. A computer 70 is operated on the basis of a data preliminarily stored in ROM, whereby it functions as an automobile electric equipment specifying means and an automobile electric equipment judging means. A worker gets in an automobile to operate the computer 70 through a control box, and also successively operates each electric equipment. The automobile electric equipment generating a working sound is specified by the electric equipment specifying means, and whether the measured current is normal or not is judged by the electric equipment judging means. The normal or abnormal content is displayed on a CRT display device 80, and a sound is generated from a buzzer 90.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an inspection result of a specific level by performing automatic decision through comparison of collection of noise in a vehicle to be inspected, application of vibration to the vehicle, and the presence of the generation of low grade noise with decision data. CONSTITUTION:A microphone 21 and a transmitter 22 are arranged at the front and the rear, respectively, of a vehicle to be inspected. The transmitter 22 converts noise in a vehicle of each phone 21 into an electric wave having a different frequency, which is transmitted to the outside of a vehicle and received by a wireless receiver 23. The receiver 23 feeds an analogue voltage signal to an amplifier 24 to amplify the analogue voltage signal, which is outputted to a low grade noise deciding device and a head phone 25. With an exciter control panel 32 turned ON, excitation starting of an exciter 31 rises, and the control panel 32 outputs a measurement signal to a computing processing device 13 and starts measurement of noise in a vehicle. The computing processing device 13 compares a measuring result with a decision value to decide and process, and displays retrieval of a cause and a result. When all excitation by an exciting device 12 is completed and all measurement is completed, the computing processing device 13 displays an integrated decision result.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the entry of ambient noise and improve inspection precision by mounting supersonic receivers with a shielding cover which encircles at least areas to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:A sender-side shielding cover 14 has the hollow bulged portion 14b formed communicating with the space portion 14a on the back of the annularly closed lower side portion to mount a supersonic sender 10 thereon. A speaker for the sender 10 is exposed to the hollow part of the bulged portion. Next, several supersonic receivers 20 are mounted on the back of a sender-side shielding cover 28 and the receiving plane of its microphone is exposed to the space portion 28a of the cover 28. The cover 14 is mounted inside a car on the peripheral edge of a front glass 51 to be inspected, while the cover 28 is mounted in contact with a front opening portion 54 and the outside-the-car peripheral edge of the glass 51, so that areas to be inspected are encircled with the covers 14, 28 to allow noise from the outside to deteriorate and extremely reduce, compared with a sound level of supersonic waves received by the receiver 20 through the areas to be inspected, resulting in good-precision inspection.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality by forming a cutout part to a part corresponding to an upper deck, fitting a metal-made water passage piece packed with packing material to cylinder head side of this cutout part remaining space to be the upper deck, executing casting and discharging the packing material. CONSTITUTION:The cutout part 18 is formed to the part corresponding to the upper deck 4 in an annular water jacket metallic mold 15 to form a water jacket 3. After fitting the flat cylindrical shaped metal-made water passage piece 5 packed with the packing material of sand 20, etc., in inner part thereof to this cutout part 18 remaining the prescribed space to be formed to the upper deck at the cylinder head side of the cutout part, the casting is executed. After casting, by discharging the packing material in this water passage piece remaining the water passage piece included as internal chill in a cylinder block, the cooling water passage is formed. By this method, as the positioning accuracy of the water passage piece is good and the developments of crack and deformation are eliminated, the cylinder block having the stable quality without dispersions of the shape and dimension can be obtd.
