    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain efficient fuel injection by raising the temperature of fuel to a predetermined high temperature while reducing necessary energy to be supplied to a built-in heating heater of an injector. SOLUTION: A heat exchange part 40 for heat exchange with cooling water is provided in a fuel pipe 20 to the injector 100 directed to a combustion chamber in an internal combustion engine 10, and a fuel pump 21 is disposed on the fuel tank side thereof. The fuel pump 21 pressurizes the fuel to a pressure necessary for supercritical state, and the heat exchange part 40 preheats the fuel. A controller 30 controls, based on temperature Tv of the preheated fuel,the heating heater 110 to raise the temperature by the difference of Tc-Tv so that the fuel is heated to temperature Tc where it is laid in the supercritical state by the heating heater 110 within the injector. Since only the temperature rise by the difference is performed in the heating heater 110, the temperature of the fuel can be raised with high responsiveness synchronously with injection without placing a load on the heating heater.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant detection device for surely determining existence of an occupant even when a face part of the occupant is hidden by something.
