    • A stair-like revetment structure is formed by using sloping blocks. At the rear end of the block main body having an approximately rectangular and rearward sloping flat step are provided rear engagement pods opening like a wedge at the rear of the main body and front engagement pods having an approximately same shape as the rear engagement pods via a concave portion at the center bottom of the front of the main body, the concave portion being provided between the front and the rear engagement pods, to thereby decrease cost by simplified structure. Thus structured sloping blocks are arranged next to each other on a sloping foundation, and the front engagement pods of the sloping blocks of one layer is inserted into the engagement concave portion between the rear engagement pods of the adjacent block to successively cover the sloping foundation in a zig-zag and step-wise fashion, to thereby form a water passage with the concave portion of the upper layer sloping blocks and the engagement concave portion formed between the rear engagement portion of the sloping blocks of one layer below. The revetment structure can secure the safety of users since there are not exposed projections, holes, etc. on the stair-like steps.

    • PURPOSE:To safely and easily produce excellent quality imitation rock block at low cost by a method wherein a ceiling end form consisting of an elastic female form, to which the external surface of a native rock is transferred, and a form for covering the elastic female form is arranged onto a form main body and a shutter valve is arranged at the concrete forcing port of a side form and, in addition, air vent holes are provided on the ceiling end form. CONSTITUTION:An imitation rock block forming device 24 is made up of a form main body 16 consisting of a bottom form 12 and a side form 14 and a ceiling end form 22. The ceiling end form 22 consists of an elastic female form 18, which is made of rubber and the like and to the inner surface of which the outer surface of a native rock is transferred, and a covering form 20, which is made of a synthetic resin and has nearly the same shape as that of the form 18. On the female form 18 and the covering form 20, a plurality of air vent hole 26 are provided. Further, on the side form 14, a concrete forcing port 28 is provided so as to be connected with a shutter valve 30 in order to be connected through a flexible pipe 34 to a concrete pressure feeding mechanism. When cement mortar pressure-fed in a form device 24 flows over all the air vent holes 26, pressure feeding is stopped and the valve 30 is closed. After being cured, the resultant concrete is demolded.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of construction by simplifying the production of skew blocks by a method in which a fitting part having a wedge-like opening and a front fitting part to be coupled with the said fitting part are provided for the back side of a block constituting a stepped revetment structure, and a recess is formed between the front fitting parts. CONSTITUTION:A skew block 10 is made up of a nearly rectangular concrete block 14 having a backwardly sloped flat step face, in which a wedge-like open fitting part 16 is projectionally provided for the center of the back end 14a of the block 14 and front fitting legs 20 of much the same shape as the back fitting leg 16 through a recess 18 on the central bottom of the front of the block 14 and a recess 22 is provided between the front fitting parts. Since a water channel 36 is formed between the blocks 10 when forming a stepped revetment structure using the skew blocks 10, the needs for forming notches, holes, etc., in the step faces can be eliminated.
