摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an imitation stone block having the same surface texture as a natural stone by forming an elastic female form to which the outer surface shape of an original male mold formed using a natural stone as a matrix is transferred using an elastic material to set the same to a holding form and casting concrete into a form having a base part form attached thereto to cure the same. CONSTITUTION:The original male mold 10 of an imitation stone block to be produced is formed using a natural stone A having an arbitrary shape as a matrix. Next, an elastic female form 28 to which the outer surface shape of the original male mold 10 is transferred using an elastic material such as rubber is formed to be set to a holding form 30. Concrete is cast into the form 30 having a base part form 40 attached thereto and cured to produce an imitation stone block 44. As a result, the imitation stone block made of concrete having the same surface texture as the natural stone can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To safely and easily produce excellent quality imitation rock block at low cost by a method wherein a ceiling end form consisting of an elastic female form, to which the external surface of a native rock is transferred, and a form for covering the elastic female form is arranged onto a form main body and a shutter valve is arranged at the concrete forcing port of a side form and, in addition, air vent holes are provided on the ceiling end form. CONSTITUTION:An imitation rock block forming device 24 is made up of a form main body 16 consisting of a bottom form 12 and a side form 14 and a ceiling end form 22. The ceiling end form 22 consists of an elastic female form 18, which is made of rubber and the like and to the inner surface of which the outer surface of a native rock is transferred, and a covering form 20, which is made of a synthetic resin and has nearly the same shape as that of the form 18. On the female form 18 and the covering form 20, a plurality of air vent hole 26 are provided. Further, on the side form 14, a concrete forcing port 28 is provided so as to be connected with a shutter valve 30 in order to be connected through a flexible pipe 34 to a concrete pressure feeding mechanism. When cement mortar pressure-fed in a form device 24 flows over all the air vent holes 26, pressure feeding is stopped and the valve 30 is closed. After being cured, the resultant concrete is demolded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the suitable use of a structure of artificial rocks as artificial rocky tract and an artificial sea shore by improving the landscape and the hydrophilic property of revetment, breakwater, and a jetty built at a shore part. CONSTITUTION:A number of artificial rock unit members 16 are fixed on the peripheral edge of the top end of a substructure. Filling concrete 42 is placed in the inside surrounded with the artificial rock unit members and the filled concrete and the artificial rock unit member are integrally formed to build a first stage part 44. Thereafter, after artificial rock unit members 16 are securely arranged, in a similar manner described in the artificial rock unit, on the first stage part, filling concrete 42 is placed therein to build a second stage part 46. Following and final stages are built in similar procedures described above and the top end opening part of the final stage part is closed. This construction method enables easy construction of a structure, matching with peripheral environment and improving a scene and hydrophilic property, since artificial rocks are used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an artificial rock block provided with a surface texture similar to a natural stone. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional frame as a skelton is fitted to anchor means of a base plate, meanwhile a plurality of plate shaped rock pieces 22 which are formed by using a natural stone as a base mold, are fitted to the frame 20 so as to form the desired artificial rock shape through anchor reinforcements. An opening part 18 for charging filler is provided on the top part 28 of the artificial rock shape, and the gap parts between the respective plate shaped rock pieces and between the plate shaped rock pieces and the base plate 18 are blockaded by joint mortar 30. The filler is filled in an artificial rock shaped formwork, and the opening part as the fillet charging port is blockaded. Because the surface of the artificial rock block is formed out of combination of the plate shaped rock pieces of which the base mold is a natural stone, it is not only provided with a surface texture very similar to the surface of a natural stone, but a desired form can be freely selected and formed.
