摘要： PURPOSE:To cut a probe having a sampling chamber of molten metal samples extracted from a melting furnace at the lower end at a specified position and take out the sampling chamber. CONSTITUTION:A probe P is suspended with an alignment clamp 1 and its sampling chamber portion is placed at its cutting position. At that cutting position, the sampling chamber portion is clamped with a clamp 2. The upper end portion of the sampling chamber portion is cut with a cutter of a cutting device which is arranged to move forward.

CONSTITUTION:A lower end of a probe P to be supplied vertically downward is received with an opening/closing shutter 5 at a specified position and then a sampling chamber portion of the probe is suspended with an alignment clamp 1 installed above the opening/closing shutter 5 by opening the opening/closing shutter 5 and it is placed at a cutting position. The upper end of the sampling chamber portion is cut with a disk cutter 8 of a cutting mechanism 3 by moving the disk cutter forward.

CONSTITUTION:A probe P is suspended and supported with an alignment clamp 1 and its sampling chamber section is placed at a cutting position. At that position, the sampling chamber section is clamped with a second clamp 2. The upper end part of the sampling chamber portion is cut with a disk cutter 8 which is arranged to move forward. After the cutting is over, the clamp 2 is moved and rotated so that the sample may drop to a supply shoot 56 from the sample chamber, thereby forming the sample supply structure.

Further, although the screw bar 1 is rotated at a constant speed, the moving quantity of the disc cutter 4 at the initial stage of reciprocating motion is small, so as to cut a member to be cut at low feed speed. Hereby, the cutting process can be performed smoothly and accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically conduct all processings from sampling to transmission of analyzed values by dropping and positioning a probe after sampling in a converter, and then cutting the sample. CONSTITUTION:A thermocouple 2 for measuring the solidifying temperature is inserted from above a sample chamber 1. A temperature measuring part of a probe P is set 20-30mm away from the lower end of the sample chamber 1. After sampling in the converter by means of the probe P, the probe P is dropped. An upper part of the probe P where the outer diameter is changed is positioned by a positioning clamp 6, and then the sample is cut. The sample is separated from the sample chamber 1 through reversal and by a knocker 62 and dropped into a direction controller. The direction of the sample is determined by a baffle plate set in the upper part of the controller so as to position the part of a smaller diameter down. Then, the sample is sent to an air lift by two rolls of the same diameter, and the length is detected. The sample is subsequently carried with pressure to a cooling tank by the air in a pneumatic carrier 61, and treated through cooling and blowing processes. Thereafter, the sample is automatically cut, polished, cooled and the analyzed value of the sample is transmitted.
