摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe painting device having a simple structure and making it possible to paint the inside surface of a pipe with a solventless paint to a uniform thickness through an easy operation.
SOLUTION: The device is for painting inside portions of a pipe to be painted with a solventless paint and consists of a carriage 1 capable of running within a pipe 2, a drive 12 rotating a painting portion 8, the portion 8 rotating in the peripheral direction of the inside surface 2a of the pipe, a camera 14 for visual observation of the portion 8 and a static mixer 9 for mixing the major agent and the hardening agent of a solventless paint. In the portion 8 arranged in the front end of the carriage 1 and being capable of rotating in the peripheral direction toward the inside surface of the pipe by the drive 12, a painting attachment 20 equipped with a painting knife 25 discharging the solventless paint of the major agent and the hardening agent mixed by the mixer 9 onto portions of the inside surface of the pipe to be painted is held on the inside surface of the pipe so as to be capable of moving. A roller 38 keeping the knife and the inside surface of the pipe under specified contact conditions is disposed at both ends of the attachment.
