    • PURPOSE:To reduce the damage of facilities when a membrane is broken by providing a pair of flexible elastic membranes at the end sections or inside a pressure container, and partitioning the container into a driving fluid chamber, an intermediate liquid chamber, and a forced feed fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pressure container 2 is constituted of an outer tube 6 and flanges 9, 9', flexible elastic membranes 7, 7' having the same shape are arranged face to face on the flanges 9, 9', and the outer tube 6 is partitioned into a driving fluid chamber 13, an intermediate liquid chamber 15, and a forced feed fluid chamber 14. A driving fluid 12 is fed to or discharged from the driving fluid chamber 13. The intermediate chamber 15 is filled with a liquid having a well-known feature such as water. A general-purpose detector can be used for detection when a membrane is broken. An intake valve 10 and a delivery valve 11 are connected to the forced feed fluid chamber 14. The driving fluid 12 is fed to or discharged from the driving fluid chamber 13, and the flexible elastic membranes 7, 7' are expanded or shrunk to drive the intake valve 10 and the delivery valve 11.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the uniform mix of the whole stored liquid with less nozzles by providing a liquid level detector and a vertical liquid property detector for stored liquid in the inside of a low temperature tank, and providing nozzles having elevation angles on the top end of circulating pipelines. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a low temperature tank 1, a plurality of nozzles 5 having elevation angles are disposed in proper vertical positions of the tank 1. The nozzles 5 are connected to receiving pipelines 7, selector valves 10 are installed to respective pipelines 7, and each pipeline 7 is branched from a receiving main pipe 6. Introduction of liquid is started from a first nozzle 5 having an elevation angle whose upper end is situated less than the height of a liquid 2 before start of liquid introduction and which is situated in the upper part, and the height of the liquid 2 is gradually raised. This level height is detected by a level detector 17, and when the height of the liquid 2 properly exceeds the upper end of a second nozzle 5 having the elevation angle situated above the first nozzle 5 in the vertical direction of the tank 1, the selector valve 10 is switched, and the liquid is introduced from the second nozzle 5. The nozzles 5 are successively switched, and finally, the liquid is introduced from the nozzle 5 in the top stage to the highest level height.

    • PURPOSE:To perform the most effective filtration operation suitable for the property of original liquid by inserting an elastic body whose sectional form is easily changed between adjacent filter plate bodies constituting a filter chamber, installing a moving device for axially driving the filter plate bodies and performing the proper setting of the thickness of dehydrated cake with the same machine. CONSTITUTION:Elastic bodies 2 whose sectional form is easily changed are successively fitted in filter plate bodies 3 spreading filter cloth 4 in the inner side surface part where a recessed part 31 including the elastic body 2 is provided on the outer periphery of one side surface and a projected part 32 which can be fitted with a play to the adjacent recessed part 31 is provided on the outer periphery of the other side surface, and a moving device 6 for moving a moving frame 5 which comes into contact with the end part of a group of filter chambers 10 on the opposite side of a fixed frame 1 and bears filter reaction force in the thickness direction of the filter chamber 7 is installed. Consequently, the thickness of the filter chamber formed, that is, the thickness of the dehydrated cake, is properly changed and by controlling the moving quantity of the moving frame before the start of a filtration process, the proper setting of the thickness of the filter chamber on which the filter performance is most dependent is possible with the same machine.
