摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the mold shrinkage factor (anisotropy) and to improve the appearance of a molded item by compounding a resin component consisting of a noncrystalline polyamide resin and another thermoplastic resin with an inorg. fiber consisting of a glass fiber and a ground mineral fiber. CONSTITUTION:A resin component (A) is obtd. by compounding 90-30wt.% (hereinbelow described as %) noncrystalline polyamide resin and 10-70% other thermoplastic resin, pref. a crystalline polyamide resin, a polyester resin or a vinyl (co)polymer. Separately, an inorg. fiber (B) is obtd. by compounding 90-10% glass fiber contg. pref. 50-70% SiO2, 2-15% Al2O3 and 10-20% CaO and having a mean fiber length of 1-10mm, a mean fiber diameter of 5-20mum and an aspect ratio of 50 or larger and 10-90% ground mineral fiber with a mean fiber length of 20-500mum and an aspect ratio of 5-100, pref. 10-60. 20-70% component A is compound with 80-30% component B.

CONSTITUTION:A plastic magnet made of an Fe-Nd-B or an Fe-Pr-B alloy and a binder is made to contain a 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound which is formulated by a chemical formula I in which X represents a hydrogen, an alkyl group, a nitro group or a sulfonic group, and M represents a hydrogen, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or an anmonium. As a result, a corrosion preventive treatment can be obtained which can provide the magnet with a high anticorrosive performance without degrading magnetic characteristics of the magnet.

CONSTITUTION:This synthetic resin composition is prepared by mixing 100pts.wt. styrene resin with 0.5-30pts.wt. inorganic porous body. Examples of said styrene resins include rubber component-free usual styrene resins, rubber-modified polystyrenes, ABS resins, MBS resins and conjugated diene/aromatic vinyl block copolymers. Examples of said inorganic porous bodies include cristobalite, diatomaceous earth, activated clay, acid clay zeolite and silica gel, and they are used after adjusting their diameters to about 1-100mum.

Examples of components B which can be suitably used include cristobalite, diatmaceous earth, activated clay, zeolite and silica gel each having micropores of a diameter of 10-1,000Angstrom . When a film obtained by molding this composition is used for packaging plants, it can preserve them for a long time without any additional processing because of its suitable air permeability.
