摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an excellent anticorrosive performance without degrading magnetic characteristics, by making an Fe-Nd-B plastic magnet to contain a 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound. CONSTITUTION:A plastic magnet made of an Fe-Nd-B or an Fe-Pr-B alloy and a binder is made to contain a 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound which is formulated by a chemical formula I in which X represents a hydrogen, an alkyl group, a nitro group or a sulfonic group, and M represents a hydrogen, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or an anmonium. As a result, a corrosion preventive treatment can be obtained which can provide the magnet with a high anticorrosive performance without degrading magnetic characteristics of the magnet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in lubricity, water resistance, adherence, and long-term dispersion stability, and useful in rolling, forging, drawing, etc., of iron by mixing a graphite powder, a specified organic binder, and water. CONSTITUTION:This composition consists of a graphite powder, an organic binder, and water, wherein the graphite powder preferably has a purity of 75% or higher and a mean particle diameter of 100mum or smaller, the organic binder contains a water-soluble polymer (e.g., an acrylic acid/methyl methacrylate copolymer) and a water-dispersible polymer (e.g., an ethyl acrylate/ methyl methacrylate copolymer) respectively in an amount of 2-20 pts.wt. and 5-40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. graphite powder, and preferably the relationship between the rotational speed V (rpm) and the viscosity eta(cP) as measured with a Brookfield viscometer satisfies the equation (wherein eta0 is an extraporated value at V=0).

摘要： PURPOSE:To accelerate soak of molten resin into a metallic fiber bundle, by displacing the metallic fiber bundle in the direction meeting at a right angle with an axial direction to molten resin with which the metallic fiber bundle is covered at the inside of a die or an outlet part of the same. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin is charged into an extruding machine 1 through a hopper 2 of the same, melted and extruded by a screw 3 and supplied to a resin covering equipment 4. A metallic fiber bundle 5 is supplied to the resin covering equipment 4 after the same has been preheated by a heating equipment 6. The resin covering equipment 4 is constituted of a mandrel 7, a molten thermoplastic resin tank 8 and a die 9. The metallic fiber bundle 5 is impregnated and covered with the thermoplastic resin, a resin-covered material 10 of the metallic fiber bundle is extruded in a stranded state through the die 9, which is cut off by a pelletizer 11 after cooling and made into pellets. With this construction, a molding material which is small in quantity of the resin, sticks the resin to the metallic fiber bundle through impregnation and is superior in electromagnetic shielding properties, dispersion properties and external appearance properties can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain concrete form, the releasability of placed concrete of which is good and which can repeatedly used and produced at low cost, by a method wherein the concrete form concerned for forming masonry work-pattern or the like is produced by blow-molding synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The form concerned has three rectangular recesses 1, on the surface of each of which native rock pattern, for example, is provided, and on the periphery of which flat upper edge ribs 2 are formed. A front face side 3 having the front surface of the recesses 1 and of the ribs 2 and a rear face side 4 having the rear surface of the recesses 1 and of the ribs 2 are integrally formed by blow-molding. In addition, on the ribs 2 forming the outer periphery of the form, holes 6 for connecting forms with one another are provided. The material, of which the form concerned is made, is preferably polyolefin-based resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene and the like and their modifications. Further, the provision of side wall at the outer periphery of the front face plate equipped with the recesses and of bottom plate at its lower end may be allowed. The filling of foam in a hollow body may also be allowed. Furthermore, the provision of reinforcing material on the outer peripheral side of the form may also be allowed. The forms are arranged in zigzags at construction site, clamped together by means of bolts inserted in the form connecting holes 6 and nuts and held with end beam woods or the like so as to set tire form in order to place concrete in the form.

The 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound is a compound which is formulated by a chemical formula I in which X represents a hydrogen element, an alkyl group, a nitro group or a sulfonic group, and M represents a hydrogen, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or an ammonium. And for the 1-hydroxybentriazole compound, the OM group thereof is reacted with a metal in a predetermined medium to produce a cyclic chelate compound, thereby a sufficient corrosion prevention effect is expected. As a result, the magnet can be provided with a high corrosion resistance, without degrading the magnetic characteristic of the magnet.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility of fiber, electromagnetic wave shielding property and manufacturing workability of a molded item by a method wherein a specified die is employed for dispersing metal fibers in a thermoplastic resin composition as uniformly as possible in a resin. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin is charged through the hopper 2 of an extruder 1, melted with a screw 3 and then fed to a die part (covering part) 5. A fiber bundle 4 enters through a fiber bundle feeding port 8 and passes through the die part 5 so as to be covered and impregnated with resin. A strand 14, which is drawn out of the flat die 5, is cooled and cut off with a pelletizer 6 and finally received in a receiver 7. Stainless steel, copper, brass or the like is employed as the metal fiber bundle. Here, when the mean diameter of the metal fiber is (d) (mm) and the bundle is composed of (n) fibers, the height (h) (mm) of an opening part 9 on the die outlet side is set so as to lie within the range of 0.8dn and its width (l) (mm) is set so as to lie within the range of 5.3dn >=l>=26.5dn . As a result, the favorable dispersibility of fiber is obtained.
