摘要： PURPOSE:To compensate decrease of an injection quantity due to a rise of fuel temperature, by detecting the fuel temperature in a fuel pipe and increasing a settig value of a pressure regulator when the fuel temperature is increased higher than a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure difference between the first diaphragm chamber 421, introducing negative pressure in an intake pipe 6 or the atmosphere, and the second diaphragm chamber 422, introducing fuel in a fuel pipe 2, is adjusted to prescribed pressure by a pressure regulator 4, and the pressure regulator 4, switch 5, detecting fuel temperature in the pipe 2, and negative pressure selector valve 7, selectively introducing the negative pressure in the intake pipe or the atmosphere to the chamber 421, are provided. Then a system is constituted such that when fuel temperature is increased higher than a prescribed value, prescribed pressure of the pressure regulator is increased. If the fuel temperature exceeds the prescribed value, the switch 5 is opened, and conduction of an electric current in a solenoid 74 of the valve 7 is stopped to introduce the atmosphere to the chamber 421. Then the regulator 4 controls a pressure difference, between the atmosphere and fuel pressure, to a prescribed level, for instance, about 2.5kg/cm , and fuel is injected to the intake pipe 6 at the pressure difference about 2.5kg/cm with the atmosphere despite pressure in the intake pipe 6.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an internal-combustion engine from damaging in the way obviating a runaway preignition phenomenon, by lowering temperature of the wall surfaces of a combustion chamber with the ignition timing lag-angled when the combustion chamber's inside temperature exceeds limitation of a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:From a transmitting circuit 10, an optical signal with frequency commensurate to the electrode temperature of an ignition plug not shown in illustration is transmitted to a receiving circuit 12 via an optical fiber cable 11 and coverted by a photoelectric transfer circuit 122. This frequency is converted into an analogue voltage by a F-V transfer circuit 123, producing a high level output when temperature of an ignition plug electrode comes to rise beyond a set temperature by a comparator 124. Then, it is subtracted to the extent of a certain angle by a digital type electronic ignition system which has a subtracting circuit and a logic circuit being inserted into the ignition timing output calculated in accordance with the engine conditions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress emission of HC and NOX to a minimum, by providing an exhaust gas recirculating (EGR) valve, driving means of the EGR valve and fuel amount detecting means and controlling the EGR valve in such a manner that an EGR rate is given by a specific expression. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas recirculating (EGR) valve, driving means of the EGR valve and fuel amount detecting means are provided, and the EGR valve is operated by the driving means of the EGR valve so that an EGR rate may be given by an expression as shown separately. In the expression, E is EGR rate (%), f is fuel amount (g/rev) per one revolution, (A/F)th is logical air-fuel ratio of fuel in use and the constant within a range of 14-15, G is suction gas amount (g/rev) per one revolution under a typical operating condition and the constant determined by an engine, and a is the constant within a range of 2.5-3.6. In this way, optimum EGR can be always operated so that emission of HC and NOX, harmful material, may be suppressed to a minimum.

摘要： PURPOSE:To generate air flow in the discharge gap area and improve ignition performance by providing a noncombustible mixture sump on a spark plug. CONSTITUTION:When mixture is absorbed in the intake stroke and compressed in the compression stroke in an internal combustion, a part of the mixture in a cylinder passes through the space 13 of a spark plug and its communication hole 12 and moves to a sump 11. In this case, flow velocity occurs naer the central electrode 1 and ground electrode 2 of the spark plug by the movement of the mixture. As a result, noncombustible mixture can always reach the discharge gap of the spark plug. Besides, when discharge starts at the discharge gap, the property of ignition is improved and combustion is evened every cycles.

The 2nd resistor 12 is coated with an insulating layer of several mum thickness consisting of glass or the like. Platinum, platinum alloys or Rh, Lu, etc. having a catalytic effect are used as the resistors 1, 12. If there are unburned components in exhaust gases, a temp. difference is produced between the resistors 11 and 12 and the output of the circuit 8 goes to a high level. If there are no unburned components, the output of the circuit 8 goes to a low level and a control region is detected.

Besides, on the basis of an output signal of an oxygen density sensor 10 provided in an exhaust pipe 4, the servo-motor 15 is rotated to regulate a set voltage, and controls the lift amount of a valve body 111 to control an EGR amount. 摘要： PURPOSE:To improve stability in engine idling, by constituting a fuel feeder with a circuit which generates a fuel increase control signal for a specified period of time from engine starting when the output of a fuel temperature sensor is beyond the normal value in time of starting the engine, and a fuel measuring instrument for the fuel increase compensation as well. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 16 is turned on for engine starting, the output of a monostable multivibrator 150 in a control circuit 13 comes to its high level, driving a NAND gate 160 and returning to a low level after the elapse of a specified period of time. Likewise, a signal sent from a temperature sensor 15 attached to a float chamber 4 in a carburettor 1 is inputted into the gate 160 as another input, becoming a high level when fuel temperature is about 60 deg or more. In addition, the output of the gate 160 drops to a low level when both inputs are in a high level and a solenoid on-off valve 12 is closed so that air bleed 10 is closed, intercepting air, and fuel ejected out of an idle port 9 is increased in volume.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an increasing of HC and perform a suitable EGR by a method wherein a number of revolution of engine is sensed and a volume of EGR is decreased in response to the sensed value. CONSTITUTION:Solenoid valve 6 arranged via orifice 62 in the midway part of the communication pipe between the EGR valve 1 and a specified pressure valve 2 varies a rate between an atmosphere discharging time and a negative pressure communicating time supplied from a specified pressure valve 2 and decreases a negative pressure supplied to the EGR valve 1. Controller 7 for controlling a ratio between the opening and closing times calculates a signal of the number of revolution supplied from the sensor device 8 for sensing the number of revolution of the engine and produces a rate of time of negative pressure communication of the solenoid valve 6 in response to the calculted result. Thereby, in a range of operation more than a predetermined number of revolution, a rate of EGR can be decreased as the number of revolution is increased and then an increasing of a volume of HC is prevented.
