摘要： Eine Spannung eines Piezostapels (51) wird mit einer in einer Abtast-Halte-Schaltung (75) gespeicherten Spannung durch eine Vergleichsschaltung verglichen. Wenn die Spannung des Piezostapels (51) die in der Abtast-Halte-Schaltung (75) gespeicherte Spannung erreicht, beendet eine Steuerungsschaltung (70) eine Ladephase des Piezostapels (51). Dadurch kann die in den Piezostapel (51) geladene Energie gleich zu der vor der Entladung geladenen Energie gemacht werden. Selbst wenn der Piezostapel beim Entladen auf ein Laden umgeschaltet wird, kann die Energie des Piezostapels konstant gehalten werden.

摘要： Fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine with a combined injection valve (2) for compressing the fuel and for injecting a certain quantity of fuel, and with an electronic control device. The combined injection valve (2) has a piezoelectric control element (201), a piston (205) and an injection valve (208). The piezoelectric control element (201) comprises a columnar laminated body of disc-shaped piezoelectric elements. The laminated body is drawn apart or together in the axial direction of the column according to the application of a positive or negative high voltage. The electronic control device controls the frequency of the voltage applied to the control element (201) and accordingly controls the quantity of fuel injected according to the frequency of the voltage applied to the control element (201).

摘要： A target instant for operation of the fuel injection pump is calculated on the basis of the operating conditions of the engine (30), and the actual instant is calculated from signals denoting the angular position of the piston. The difference is used to adjust the position of the rotary actuator (10) by means of a piston (21) under the control of a hydraulic pressure regulator valve (27) in response to an impulsive actuating signal with controllable duty ratio. This signal is generated at a predetermined instant such that the injection does not overlap a given opening duration of the regulator valve which varies with engine speed.

摘要： The solenoid operated valve for a fuel injection system has a valve-stem (27) and set (40, 41) such that its axial motion within the housing (31) enables a closure or alternatively a connection between the high pressure (36) and low-pressure ports of a reciprocating fuel feedpump (not shown) and cylinder indexing sensor. The closure is initiated by the attraction of a disc armature (26) against a compression spring (28) by the magnetic core (25a) when the coil (25b) is energised. De-energisation of the coil (25b) results in equalisation of the pressure due to the coupling of the ports (33, 36) and fuel injection ceases with return of the stem (27) and disc (26) subject to secondary regulation via the stop (29) and spring (30). ADVANTAGE - Has improved speed of response and requires smaller solenoid compared with alternative systems offering high pressure fuel injection.

摘要： A target fuel injection timing of the fuel injection pump is calculated based on the operating conditions of a diesel engine (Steps 102; 302; 602), while an actual fuel injection timing is calculated based on crank angle signals (Steps 103; 303: 603). Then, a fuel injection timing error (Terr) is obtained based on a difference between the target fuel injection timing and the actual fuel injection timing (Steps 104; 304; 604). To adjust the actual fuel injection timing based on the error (Terr), a rotational position of a roller ring (10) is controlled through a timer piston (21) slidable and housed in a timer device (28) by a hydraulic pressure control valve (27) in response to a pulse actuating signal having a controllable duty ratio (DFIN). The pulse actuating signal having the controlled duty ratio is generated at a predetermined pulse output timing (Steps 208; 406; 706), so that the fuel injection caused by a force feeding stroke of the fuel injection pump is not overlapped with an actual valve-open duration of hydraulic pressure control valve (27) varying depending on the engine speed (N), thereby completely locking the timer piston (21) during the fuel injection.
