    • PURPOSE: To enhance construction properties by providing each panel member with a mounting portion by which the panel member is attached to and removed from framing members and an apparatus mounting portion by which function- imparting apparatuses are mounted in room spaces formed by the framing members and the panel members. CONSTITUTION: At a plant, apparatuses such as a luminaire K1, a wall outlet K2, and air-conditioner indoor equipment K3 are mounted on an apparatus mounting portion 8 provided on each panel member 4. Next, communicating members R (R1 to R3), such as an electric wire R1 for connection to each apparatus K, air-conditioner refrigerator tubing R2, and a water feed/discharge pipe R3, are mounted in advance in the panel 4 on which the apparatuses K (K1 to K3) have been mounted. In the case of on-site construction work, joists 3A, columns 3B and ceiling beams 3C are connected to the inside of an existing room. Then the panels 4 are fitted into spaces between these framing members 3 (3A to 3C), and the mounting portion of each panel 4 is secured to the framing members 3 by bolts or the like. Further, the communicating members R are connected so that each apparatus K becomes operable. Thus reformed space can be made easily and rapidly, and appearance can be enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the permissible stress of a glass panel by decreasing the latent tensile stress acting on glass sheets. SOLUTION: This glass panel is provided with a glass panel body by arranging a pair of the glass sheets 1 apart a spacing in the thickness direction across a spacer, end-sealing the outer peripheral parts to each other and pressure reducing and hermitically closing a gap V between both the glass sheets 1 through a suction section 6 formed at one glass sheet 1A of the pair of the glass sheets 1. The glass panel is formed by constituting the suction section 6, providing the one glass sheet 1A with a through-hole 1a, erecting a glass tube 7 for suction in the through-hole 1a and providing a sealed section S formed by solidifying low melting point glass across the base end of the glass tube 7 and the peripheral edge of the through-hole 1a. The glass panel is provided with a closing section formed by closing the gap of the glass tube 7 after the pressure reduction at the glass tube 7. The first contact angle 12 of the sealed section S is set greater than the second contact angle 13.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel expectable to reinforce a sealing part and readily maintaining a sealing effect. SOLUTION: This glass panel is obtained by arranging a pair of plate glass 1 at a gap in the thickness direction and forming a glass panel main body P1 in which a cavity part V between both a pair of the plate glass is retained in a reduced pressure and closed through a suction hole 6 formed on one plate glass 1A of a pair of the plate glass. In constituting the suction hole 6, one plate glass 1A is provided with a through-hole 1a, a sucking gas tube 7 is stood on the through-hole 1a, a sealing part S of a low-melting glass is formed from the base end part of the glass tube 7 to the peripheral part of the through-hole 1a of one plate glass A. The tip part of the glass tube 7 is heated and melted and closed to give a closed part H. In this case, the coefficient of thermal expansion of a low-melting glass constituting a first sealing part corresponding to one plate glass 1A in the sealing part is set lower than that of one plate glass 1A.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the subject colored flat glass excellent in transparency, capable of providing green transmitted-light and suitable for vehicles by forming a metallic copper colloid in the surface layer of the non-stannous side of an iron ion-containing float flat glass. CONSTITUTION:A float flat glass containing 0.1-0.5wt.% iron ion as Fe2O3 is used and the objective colored glass is produced by forming a metallic copper colloid on the surface of the side out of contact with fused tin in a float bath. Production of this objective colored flat glass is carried out typically by kneading a powder mixture of 75-85 pts.wt. copper sulfate 5 hydrate, 10-20 pts.wt. alkali (alkaline earth) metal sulfate and 5-15 pts.wt. inorganic filler in combination with an oil, a wax, etc., coating the resultant paste staining agent on the non-stannous side of the flat glass in an amount of 30-50g/m , drying at room temperature - 150 deg.C, then calcining at 560-650 deg.C for about 10min., cooling and subsequently washing.
