      SOLUTION: In the reduced pressure double glazed glass panel constituted so that a pair of panel bodies P1, P2 structured by having plate glass 1, 2 are oppositely arranged across a plurality of spacers 3 which are interspersed between both panel bodies P1, P2, the gap between the outer peripheral parts of both panel bodies P1, P2 is sealed with a sealing material 4 and the space part V between both panel bodies P1, P2 is kept to a reduced pressure state, at least one panel body P1 in the pair of the panel bodies P1, P2 is transparent and is formed so that the degree of unevenness on the panel outer surface Plo being an opposite surface to a panel inner surface Pli is larger than that on the panel inner surface P1i facing the space part V and the unevenness D of the panel outer surface causes the distortion of a reflected image.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel in which the occurrence of thermal fracture caused by the difference of thermal expansion is prevented.
      SOLUTION: A plasma display panel (PDP) 100 is provided with: a back glass plate 103 arranged at a prescribed distance from a front glass plate 101 to form a pressure reduced layer 102 between itself and the front glass plate 101; a communication hole 200 bored on the back glass plate 103 and communicating with the pressure reduced layer 102; and a sealing part 300 arranged on the outside surface of the back glass plate 103. The sealing part 300 is provided with: a dummy cap 302 apart from the back glass plate 103 at a prescribed interval to form a ventilation layer between itself and the back glass plate 103 and arranged on the back glass plate 103 to cover a communication hole 200; a peripheral edge sealant 303 for sealing the dummy cap 302 to the back glass plate 103 on the peripheral edge of the dummy cap 302; a ventilation hole 304 bored almost at the center of the dummy cap 302 and communicating with the ventilation hole 301; a glass pipe 305 inserted into the ventilation hole 304; and a sealant 306 for joining the glass pipe 305 to the dummy cap 302 and composed of low melting point glass.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating member of an exhaust pipe for preventing re-melting of a sealing material of the exhaust pipe and preventing breakage of the exhaust pipe.
      SOLUTION: A heat insulating device 200 comprises a main body part 201 of which the upper face is shaped in L shape; a shield plate 202 to be joined with the main body part 201 at the upper section and at two sides of the inside of the L shape of the main body part 201; and a trough-hole 203 passing through the shield plate 202 from the upper section toward the lower section. A sealing material 404 coated around a sealing pipe 403 of a PDP (Plasma Display Panel) 300 is covered with the shield plate 202, the through-hole 203 is disposed on a backside sheet glass 303 so as to loosely fit the through-hole into the sealing pipe 403, a tip of the sealing pipe 403 is exposed from the shield plate 202 by the through-hole 203, a filament 108 of an exhaust cup 100 is directly opposed to the tip of the sealing pipe 403, and a contact area of a contact face 201a of the main body part 201 to the backside sheet glass 303 is approximately equal to an opening area of a main exhaust part 104 of the exhaust cup 100.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting works, and to improve mounting accuracy by forming a drainage pot in a shape tapered toward the bottom and fitting the drainage pot into an opening formed to a skin from an upper section. SOLUTION: The drainage pot 22 is composed of a bottomed external cylinder 35 tapered toward the bottom, an internal cylinder 36 formed to the bottom section of the external cylinder 35 and a cup 38 covering the internal cylinder 36. A sealing material 32 is pushed into the drain inlet 31 of a bench 12 from an upper section, the upper end of the sealing material 32 is formed in the same surface as the surface of the bench 12, the pot 22 is pushed into the sealing material 32 from an upper section, and the upper end of the external cylinder 35 is formed in the same surface as the surface of the bench 12 and the internal cylinder 36 is covered with the cup 38. Water collected in a recessed section between the external cylinder 35 and the internal cylinder 36 seals the passage of a gas and prevents penetration into a chamber of the gas when the gas is flowed back from the drain hose 39 side. Mounting works are facilitated by installing the pot 22 from the upper section of the bench 22, and mounting accuracy can be improved by fitting the pot 22 into the drain inlet 31.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced pressure treatment device in which an exhaust pipe can be prevented from breaking at disattachment, and in which the reduced pressure room can be worked into a desired shape.
      SOLUTION: An exhaust cup 10 is composed of the main body 100 which is in a rectangular parallelepiped state, and of which inside is worked in a prescribed shape, and a rectangular parallelepiped lid 101 placed on the main body 100. The main body 100 is provided with a differential exhaust part 102 which opens holes almost all over the contact face with the back-rest glass 203 in the PDP200, the main exhaust part 104 which is a through hole and which has an opening in the vicinity of the corner part 103, a tube-like differential exhaust system 105 which communicates with the differential exhaust part 102, the tube-like main exhaust system 106 which communicates with the main exhaust part 104, a stopper 107, and a coil-shaped filament 108 which is arranged in the main exhaust part 104 and which is put laterally. This main exhaust 104, when the main body 100 is mounted on the surface of the back-rest glass 203, has an opening on the upper face of the main body 100 so that the position of the glass tube 303 of the sealed part 300 can be recognized visually.
