摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable lubricant capable of solving various problems caused if a conventional mineral oil-based lubricant or the like is used as an antifriction agent when materials are rubbed with each other, such as poor lubricity, a troublesome work in post-treatment including oil treatment, and an adverse environmental effect.
SOLUTION: A lubricant is applied to surfaces of materials so as to reduce friction, if the materials are rubbed with each other. Instead of a conventional mineral oil-based lubricant, a liquid lubricant of a suspension containing an appropriate amount of starch is applied. The lubricant enables an environmentally-friendly and better operation compared to the conventional lubricant.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant made of cereal solving various economical and environmental problems peculiar to oily lubricant on handling, oil removal after press molding subsequent to lubricant applying, dealing with the waste liquid, and expensiveness, each involved in conventional press molding steps. SOLUTION: This lubricant made of cereal is an alternative to conventional oil-based ones and to be applied onto the surface of a deformable molding compound in putting it to press molding to any desired shape; that is, this cereal-based lubricant is obtained by incorporating a dextrin in an aqueous suspension of proteins, wheat flour based on carbohydrates (mainly, starch), corn flour, rice four or soybean flour to effect better coating adherability and also by incorporating gluten in the suspension to effect better moldability. By making a press molding after applying the resultant aqueous suspension onto the surface of a molding compound, much labor for dealing with waste oil in conventional molding steps can be eliminated, and a press-molded product with favorable surface character can be obtained.

The surfaces of the materials are coated with, instead of the conventional lubricant, a hon-mirin solution (Japanese sweet rice wine for cooking produced using glutinous rice, malted rice, and distilled spirit) that exerts lubricating functions via partial solidification of the hon-mirin solution upon friction of the materials and coated with a hon-mirin solution containing honey or sugar or containing wheat flour as a lubricant.
