    • PURPOSE:To decrease the number of fixed tanks and fixed pipings and to facilitate increases in the amt. of production and grades by transferring and returning a truck for a movable tank on each station and performing independently a unit operation in the tank. CONSTITUTION:In a coating material manufacturing apparatus based on a movable tank system, a number of stations 100-109 wherein unit operations necessary for manufacturing coating material are gathered are placed on both sides of a carrier path 4 in order of the process. An automatically carrying truck 3 carrying a truck 2 for a movable tank where a tank 1 is placed travels automatically and successively to an aimed station, where the truck 2 for the movable tank is transferred on a trestle of the station by means of a transferring apparatus and pipings are connected between the movable tank and an installation on the fixed side and, if necessary, a stirrer is inserted in the tank 1 to conduct unit operation. While the truck 2 for the movable tank moves from one station to another station in the order to process, the coating material is manufactured. In addition, since a receiving device for sagging liq. is provided to the stirrer, there is no possibility of staining of the apparatus caused by liq. drops and since a movable cleaning truck for washing this stirrer is provided, the stirrer can be efficiently washed thereby.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of a fluid by selectively delivering many kinds of fluids by the passage bored in a rotor which is freely rotatably provided in a casing and furnishing a pressing means for closely attaching the rotor to the casing in delivery. CONSTITUTION:The almost inverted conical rotor 1 is freely rotatably provided in the center hole of the casing 2 having almost the same shape as the rotor 1. A vertical passage 3 opened at the center of the bottom surface and a horizontal passage 4 communicating with the passage 3 and opened on the side surface are provided in the rotor 1. The rotor 1 is rotated with the passage 3 as a center to communicate the passage 4 communicating with the passage 3 to many circulating passage 25 opened on the peripheral wall of the casing 2. Meanwhile, the passage 3 is communicated to the passage 36 opened in the casing 2 to be a connected with a fluid delivery pipe 37, a gas or a cleaning soln. is supplied to the passages 3 and 4, and the sliding surface of the rotor 1 is closely attached to that of the casing 2 by a spring 20.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly receive the drop liquid from fixed equipment by constituting a plurality of receiving trays in an expansible and contractible manner and minimizing the installation space thereof and performing the expansion and contraction of said trays with the movement and return of a moving tank. CONSTITUTION:In the lower part of fixed equipment 7 (e.g. stirring blade), the respective rear parts of a plurality of the receiving trays 101-103 different in width are superposed on the front parts of the next receiving trays and engaging means 16, 17 engageable only in one direction are provided to the superposed parts to be arranged in series in a longitudinal direction. A series of the receiving trays 101-103 are horizontally arranged on a support 13 having a forwardly inclined gradient. When the moving tank is transferred, the receiving trays are pushed by the moving tank to be successively superposed and stacked and successively transferred by the support 13 having the forwardly inclined gradient at the time of the return of the moving tank to be arranged in series. As a result, the plurality of the drop receiving trays are superposed and stretched in the longitudinal direction in series to make it possible to certainly receive a drop.

    • PURPOSE:To clean a rotor passage by selectively delivering many kinds of fluids by the passage bored in the rotor loosely inserted into a casing freely rotatably and providing the fluid passage of a valve disk and a valve rod to the fluid feed passage of the casing. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 1 pierced with an almost hooked passage 6 to be selectively communicated with the plural or many fluid feed passages 16 with one end opened at the center of the lower part and the other end opened to the side surface and provided on the peripheral wall of a casing 9 is loosely inserted into the casing 9 and made freely rotatable with the vertical passage 5 opened at the center of the lower part as the center. A fluid stop valve disk 20 is respectively provided to the passages 16 provided in the casing 9, and a cleaning soln. or gas passage 24 is allowed to pierce the valve disk 20 and valve rod 23. As a result, many kinds of liqs. are selectively delivered, and the passage bored in the rotor is cleaned.
