摘要： A method of constructing a polynucleotide microarray whereby a sufficient amount of polynucleotide can be immobilized on a support and thus a uniform and strong signal can be obtained in a spot area even in the case of synthet ic oligopolynucleotides which are known as being hardly immobilized via electrostatic bonds because of short chain length. Namely, a method of constructing a polynucleotide microarray characterized in that a solution in which a polynucleotide is dissolved in the step of immobilizing the polynucleotide on a support comprises water or a mixture of water with an organic solvent and is substantially free from any anionic electrolytes, and , in case where the solution comprises a mixture of water with an organic solvent, the content of the organic solvent in the solution is less than 50% by volume.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample chip preparing method, capable of effectively preventing the mutual cross contamination of specimen solutions due to the excess specimen solution bonded to the tip part of a dispensing needle and capable of enhancing the dispensing density of the specimen solution, with respect to a glass substrate to ensure a large number of specimens by a reduced number of chips. SOLUTION: The tip surface of the dispensing needle, having the specimen solution stored in the slivered groove extending axially to the tip part thereof, is brought into contact with a specimen substrate to dispense a very small amount of the specimen solution to form a specimen chip. The tip part of the dispensing needle is immersed in the specimen solution, to store the specimen solution in the slivered groove and the tip of the dispensing needle is brought into contact with a water-absorbing member, to remove the excess specimen solution stuck to the tip part of the dispensing needle. As a result of this constitution, when the tip of the dispensing needle is brought into contact with the specimen substrate to dispense the specimen solution, the dispensing amount of the specimen solution is made almost constant, to prevent the mutual cross contamination of the specimen solutions.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a dispensing needle for forming sample chips, whereby cross contamination of sample solutions can be effectively prevented by cleaning the sample solutions remaining or adhering in longitudinally divided grooves with a high degree of cleaning and correct sample chips can be formed. SOLUTION: A leading end face of a sample of the dispensing needle for forming sample chips with the sample solution stored in the longitudinally divided groove is jointed onto a substrate, so that the sample solution is dispensed. In changing the sample solution to be dispensed on the sample substrate, a leading end part of the dispensing needle is jointed to an absorber to suck the sample solution in the longitudinally divided groove. Then the leading end part of the dispensing needle is sunk in a cleaning solution containing a surfactant, to fill the cleaning solution into the longitudinally divided groove. Thereafter, the leading end part of the dispensing needle is sunk in the water to clean the cleaning solution in the longitudinally divided groove with the water.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a polynucleotide microarray which enables fixation of a sufficient amount of polynucleotides onto the support and can provide signals having uniform and sufficient intensity within a spot area, even when the polynucleotides are synthetic oligo polynucleotides which have a short chain length and are known to be difficult to be fixed by electrostatic binding. The present invention provides a method for preparing a polynucleotide microarray, wherein a solution for dissolving polynucleotides which is used to fix the polynucleotides onto a support contains substantially no anionic electrolyte, and is a solution of water or mixture of water and an organic solvent; and when the solution is a mixture of water and an organic solvent, the content of the organic solvent in the solution is less than 50 volume %.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a hard object by making use of waste sludge by mixing the sludge which is powdered after drying and a thermosetting resin, thermo-molding the mixture to the shape of the hard object and further covering this with a resin. CONSTITUTION:After dredged sludge is dried, it is ground to the form of powder and this powderlike sluge and a thermosetting resin are mixed at ratios of 30-50% the former and 70-50% the latter. The mixture is thermocompression-molded to an arbitrary shape, whereby the rigid blank material is made. The entire part of this blank material is covered with a resin by hard plastic molding, whereby the hard object is obtained. In this way, the hard objects such as construction materials and interior products are produced by utilizing the sludge with is polluting material.
