摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the deflection of a arbor shaft in cutting time and to improve the stability of a cutting work by arranging an annular additional holder which is firmly held with the arbor shaft being spread by the internal pressure on two parallel arbor shafts. CONSTITUTION:On an arbor shaft 1A plural annular knives 5A are fitted and similarly plural annular additional holders 6A, 7A are fitted at the center part in the axial direction on the shaft 1A. The annular knife 5A and additional holders 6A, 7A are fitted from the shaft end of the arbor shaft 1A under the state of the arbor shaft 1A coming out of a stand 3 without receiving the internal pressure in a gap 4A and are slided to the specific position. Thereafter, the arbor shaft 1A is spread by receiving the internal pressure, and the annular knife 5A and additional holders 6A, 7A are firmly held on the arbor shaft 1A. On a arbor shaft 1B also an annular knife 5B, additional holders 6B, 7B are firmly held similar to the above. Consequently the arbor shafts 1A, 1B are reinforced at their bending rigidity and the deflection at working time is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a knife by lightly holding the circular knife positioned on one side of a shaft at a low pressure, so as to be used as a reference for the positioning of another circular knife on the other side of the shaft, at a low pressure, and by holding the circular knives on both sides of the shaft at a high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Circular knives are inserted externally, while valves 31, 32 are closed and inner pressure is not applied to arbor shafts 10, 20. The circular knife of the upper arbor shaft 10 is slid in a shaft direction, and is positioned as predetermined, while the valve 31 is opened, and a low pressure is applied to the outer tube shaft of the upper arbor shaft 10 by a low pressure liquid pressure circuit 33, so as to hold the circular knife. The circular knife on the lower arbor shaft 20 is positioned on the lower arbor shaft 20, by adjusting a gap by using the circular knife on the upper arbor shaft 10 as a reference, while the valve 32 is opened, and the circular knife on the lower arbor shaft 20 is held at a predetermined position. A valve 34 is then opened, and a high pressure is applied to both of the arbor shafts 10, 20 by a high oil pressure circuit 35, so as to sufficiently widen the diameter of the outer tube shaft, whereby the circular knives can be held tight even at the time of slit work.

When a temperature in a furnace is low, the rate of the primary air is increased by a control unit 40 but the rate of secondary air is increased by the same unit 40 when the temperature in the furnace is high.

SOLUTION: An auxiliary heating equipment 20 attached to a main heating equipment 1 and a gas exhaust means 21 for exhausting a part of the combustion gas produced in the main heating equipment 1 after dividing the gas flow into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 without passing through the heat storage type burner system 2. A large part of the combustion end produced in the main heating equipment 1 is made to pass through the heat storage type burner system 2 and a part thereof is made to exhaust through the auxiliary heating equipment 20, and the combustion gas quantity exhausted from the heat storage type burner system 2 is controlled to the balancing quantity with the supplied air for combustion, and the exhaust gas temp. exhausted from a heat storage body (e.g. 3b) is lowered near the temp. of the air for combustion before introducing into a heat storage body (e.g. 3a). The exhaust gas temp. of a part of the combustion gas divided into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 is lowered to near the heating furnace temp. in the conventional heating furnace, too, and as the whole body, the exhaust gas temp. is extremely lowered and the max. limit of heat efficiency is obtd.

And waterdrops are extremely miniaturized, the impact is reduced on the other hand and the local impact to the steel sheet is reduced when the pressure and amount of the water are in the same condition.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make the flow rate density distribution of cooling water in the transverse direction of a metallic strip uniform and to lessen the nonuniform cooling at the un-stationary time at the time of turning a stop valve on and off by providing a hairpin nozzle with the stop valve and an opening degree regulating valve and regulating the cooling water flow rate. CONSTITUTION: This cooler of a pipe laminar system is installed on a run-out table on the outlet side of a hot finishing mill and is mounted with the opening degree regulating valve 4 together with the hairpin nozzle 1 and the stop valve 3. The opening degree regulating valve 4 changes its opening rate by the vertical movement of a bolt screw, thereby changing the flow rate density of the cooling water in the transverse direction of the metallic strip. Since the hairpin nozzle 1 is provided with the stop valve 3, the generation of the water hammer which takes place at the time of the transient on and off of the stop valve 3 is lessened to a negligible level. The responsiveness at the time of discharging the cooling water and the responsiveness at the time of water draining are improved by providing the hairpin nozzle with the stop valve 3 nearer the discharge port.
