摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximize the heat efficiency by drastically reducing gas exhaust loss and to avoid the deterioration of durability of a switching means of a heat storage type burner system. SOLUTION: An auxiliary heating equipment 20 attached to a main heating equipment 1 and a gas exhaust means 21 for exhausting a part of the combustion gas produced in the main heating equipment 1 after dividing the gas flow into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 without passing through the heat storage type burner system 2. A large part of the combustion end produced in the main heating equipment 1 is made to pass through the heat storage type burner system 2 and a part thereof is made to exhaust through the auxiliary heating equipment 20, and the combustion gas quantity exhausted from the heat storage type burner system 2 is controlled to the balancing quantity with the supplied air for combustion, and the exhaust gas temp. exhausted from a heat storage body (e.g. 3b) is lowered near the temp. of the air for combustion before introducing into a heat storage body (e.g. 3a). The exhaust gas temp. of a part of the combustion gas divided into the auxiliary heating equipment 20 is lowered to near the heating furnace temp. in the conventional heating furnace, too, and as the whole body, the exhaust gas temp. is extremely lowered and the max. limit of heat efficiency is obtd.

When a unit of the capacity Bc of the burner is 1000 Kcal/hr, a=9×10 , b=-3×10 , c=0.0025 and d=1.5867, and an allowable range of the coefficient value is ±20%.

With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to reduce a temperature of combustion discharged gas passing through heat accumulating devices 2a, 2b, facility expenditure for the discharging passages 5a, 5b for surplus discharged gas and then improve a heat recoverying efficiency.

The increase and decrease of the slow rate of combustion air is controlled automatically by an ratio controller with respect to the flow rate of fuel, which is determined and commanded from the combustion load in the objective zone of control, so that a signal from the detector is converged to a set value. In this case, the flow rate of fuel and the flow rate of combustion air are fixed to values immediately before the switching of combustion within an eapecially set peried of time T from the starting of switching of combustion. In this case, the set time T means a period of time expressed by the formula of (time requested for the opening and/or closing of a switching valve) + (total sum of the volumes of a heat accumulating chamber 22 and a gap 23 in a burner tile of heat accumulation type burner in the objective zone of control)/(speed of exhaust gas in the objective zone of control).
