摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating the exhaust of a waste incinerator reusing unreacted slaked lime and also hardly applying useless load to a dust collector, etc. SOLUTION: The incinerator 1 obtains main ashes by incinerating waste and generated exhaust is led to a flue 4, a harmful gas component contained in the exhaust is subjected to absorption reaction with the slaked lime by supplying the slaked lime from a slaked lime feeder 3. The absorption reaction continues up to a filter 2a of a dust collector 2, and fly ashes, reached slaked lime and unreacted slaked lime are captured as collected dust. The collected dust is sent to a fine powder classifier 8 to fractionate the unreacted slaked lime. The fractionated unreacted slaked lime is supplied again to combustion exhaust by circulation. Therefore, since the great portion of the slaked lime supplied in a large excess for safety is captured by the dust collector, and the captured slaked lime is fractionated from the collected dust and supplied again to the combustion exhaust by circulation, the harmful gas is securely and safely removed even if the exhaust fluctuates.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating waste incineration exhaust gas and dust by which dust generated from a waste incineration furnace can be efficiently treated. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas generated from the waste incineration furnace 10 is collected and treated in two steps using two different kinds of dust collectors with different dust capturing performances and the captured dust is differently treated as follows: First, the dust is collected using a cyclone 12, then is collected using a bag filter 15. Thus, the dust contained in the exhaust gas is captured and fractionated into a coarse particulate component containing a low percentage of heavy metals and a fine particulate component containing a high percentage of heavy metals. Next the coarse particulate component is sent to a stabilization treatment device 20 to treat the heavy metals for stabilization, while the fine particulate component is sent to a heavy metal recovery treatment installation 21 for treatment.

A sub-tuyere 18 for blowing oxygen contained gas in the thermal decomposition part 12 has a air-cooled structure. Cooling air discharged through the cooled air discharge opening of the sub-tuyere 18 is returned to the suction side of a secondary blower 21 and discharged again from the secondary blower 21. Piping is laid such that air is supplied to the three-stage tuyere 19 of the free board part and the tuyere 41 of a secondary combustion furnace.

SOLUTION: Limestone or the like serving as a component regulating material for waste, coke and slag discharged from the top of a melting furnace 10 to perform a melting treatment at the bottom thereof. A main tuyere 15 is provided for blowing oxygen enriched air for combusting coke at a position in a lower portion of the furnace, where a coke bed 40 is formed. A fluorocarbon supply pump 32 is operated during the operation of the waste gasification melting furnace to transfer liquid flon to piping 21 through which the oxygen-enriched air flows. The liquid fluorocarbon is dispersed in an airflow of a blowing gas in the form of fine liquid drops, blown to the coke head 40 from the main tuyere 15 and decomposed.
