摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving bed type dust removing device capable of properly changing dust removing condition, preventing the scattering of sandy particles and moreover hardly damaging a heat-transfer pipe for recovering heat from the sandy particles of the moving bed. SOLUTION: In the moving bed type dust removing device in which the moving bed 30 is formed by successively moving the sandy particles packed in a dust removing vessel 11 toward down side, and high temperature dust- containing gas is circulated in the moving bed to remove the dusts in the high temperature dust-containing gas, the device is constituted so that the high temperature dust-containing gas may be circulated from the lower part of the moving bed 30 to the upper part, and the heat-transfer pipe 20 is arranged in the dust removing vessel 11, and the device is constituted so that the dusts in the high temperature dust-containing gas can be removed and also that heat recovery from the heated sandy particles can be simultaneously performed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of ash to be treated finally by disposing a row of baffles having a larger passing area than the cross-sectional area of a melting furnace at the gas ascending section of thereof thereby reducing rescattering rate of dust. SOLUTION: Baffles 11 and a collecting pipe 12 for dropping collected dust into a furnace are arranged at the gas ascending section of a melting furnace such that gas produced through melting and containing scattering dust collides against the baffle 11. Vertical cross-sectional area between the baffles 11 is set wider than the cross-sectional area of the furnace so that the current velocity of horizontal gas flow will be lower than that of ascending gas flow thus suppressing adhesion of dust to the baffle 11 and reducing the quantity dust to be scattered through aggregation. The collected dust is dropped into the furnace through the collecting pipe 12. Since the particle size of dust collected at the baffle 11 is increased as compared with that at the time of scattering, aggregation of dust separated from the baffle 11 is not scattered by the ascending gas but dropped into the furnace.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste discharged out of a plant remarkably and lighten the landfill load of the waste or the treating cost of dust remarkably, by a method wherein component regulating agent, such as lime powder, quartzite powder or the like, is added into flying ash to regulate the basicity of the flying ash within a specified range and, thereafter, molten matter is not stayed at the tuyere zone, into which air is blown through the tuyere. SOLUTION: Dust discharged out of a melting furnace is recovered by a secondary combustion furnace or a bag filter principally. The component of the dust is regulated and, thereafter, blowing through the tuyere is effected. The temperature of the deep place of a combustion space, formed in the tuyere zone and called as a raceway, is preferable to be the degree of 1400 deg.C, while the basicity of molten matter existing in the tuyere zone is preferable to be 1.5 or less. On the other hand, dripping property of 10 poise or less is preferable from the view point of viscosity and, therefore, the basicity is preferable to be 0.5 or more. Accordingly, the regulation of basicity of the blown dust of 0.5-1.5 is proper. According to this method, waste discharged out of a plant can be reduced remarkably and the landfill load of the waste as well as the treating cost of dust can be lightened remarkably.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the amount of generating gas in fluidized bed type incinerating furnace, distillation furnace and the like of wastes by a method wherein the wastes are compressed with a pressure higher than a specified value when the wastes are supplied. SOLUTION: A wastes gasifying and melting furnace is provided with a main tuyere, an auxiliary tuyere and a three-stage tuyere to ventilate air, provided with oxygen, through the main tuyere to melt the wastes, and ventilate air, provided with steam, through the auxiliary tuyere to effect drying and pyrolysis of the wastes, deposited in the furnace, while fluidizing them. The charging device for the wastes compresses the wastes into two directions to make a column type waste block. In this case, the charged wastes are reserved in a chamber 11 and are compressed by a piston 13 into a direction orthogonal to the charging direction of the same so as to obtain a column type block. Further, the wastes, compressed so as to be a column type block, is compressed again by another piston 14 into the charging direction of the column type waste block. The compressing pressures are preferable to be 25 kg/cm . According to this method, the sudden generation of gas in a furnace can be restrained and the amount of generating gas can be made constant.

SOLUTION: In the case alkali fly ash collected when hydrogen chloride in waste gas is removed is subjected to detoxicating treatment in trash incineration equipment of the like, first in an extraction process 10, water for dissolving soluble chloride in the alkali fly ash to form a chloride solution and an extract containing chloride are added to the alkali fly ash and they are agitated and mixed to prepare a slurry. While the slurry is agitated, heavy metals in the alkali fly ash are extracted to a solution in the slurry and thereafter, the slurry is sent to a liquid removing process 11, where it is subjected to liquid removing treatment by a filter. Next in a heavy metal stabilizing process 12, a sulfidizing agent or a liquid chelating agent is added to the liquid removed fly ash to make heavy metals remaining in the liquid removed fly ash insoluble.
