摘要： A combustion burner comprises: an air supply passage for supplying an air to a heating furnace; a primary fuel nozzle for supplying a primary fuel to the air suppl y passage; secondary fuel nozzles arranged around the air supply port of the air supply passage; and secondary fuel nozzles being arranged so that a distance L (mm) from an outer periphery of the air supply port to the periphery of the secondary fuel supply port is larger than the diamet er Da (mm) of the air supply port. A combustion method comprises: injecting fuel substantially fro m the primary fuel nozzle when an infurnace temperature of the heating furnace is lower than a fuel ignition temperature; and injecting fuel substantially from the secondary fuel nozzle when an infurnace temperature of the heating furnace is higher than a fuel ignition temperatur e.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet of high quality which has no defects in quality, in the production of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, by quickly subjecting dross (particularly, that of a δ 1 phase with dimensions of ≥80 μm) occurring in hot-dip zinc to sedimentation to the bottom part of a galvanizing tank, so that a plating bath is cleaned. SOLUTION: A partitioning member externally surrounding a sink roll other than the upper direction thereof is set in a plating tank stored with a hot-dip galvanizing bath. The partitioning member makes the intervals between an apparatus in the bath and a steel sheet to the prescribed ones, and the distance of the upper end of the sidewall composing the partitioning member from the surface of the plating bath is made into a prescribed depth. By using the production apparatus, the plating bath is circulated at the inside and outside of the partitioning member, and dross is subjected to sedimentation at the outside of the partitioning member, and the steel sheet is subjected to plating by the clean plating bath at the inside of the partitioning member. When occasion demands, a small pot 10 through which the metal strip to be plated can be allowed to pass is disposed inside the above plating tank 1, and the molten metal in the small pot 10 and the molten metal on the outer side of the small pot 10 are made separable from each other and also mixable with each other to mix the entire molten metal of the plating bath A or the molten metal in the small pot 10 with the molten metal in the molten metal bath B, by which the adjusting or switching of the chemical composition of the plating bath A can be carried out.
