    • PURPOSE:To favorably print on both sides of a card, eliminate omission at at printing, and restrain deposit of pressure sensitive adhesive on the back of the card after printing, curl, torsion, etc., of the card, by executing half cut process of different size respectively on the base material for double-sided printing and released paper stuck on the whole face of the base material. CONSTITUTION:At first, a release agent is spread on one face of base material 1 and dried so as to provide a release agent layer 2, and it is used as the base material for card. Next an anchor agent is spread and dried on one face of a pressure sensitive adhesive base paper 5 so as to provide an anchor agent layer 4, for the purpose of improvement of adhesion between the base paper 5 and pressure sensitive adhesive and prevention of penetration of the pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive is spread and dried on the anchor agent layer 4 so as to provide a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, and it is combined with the release agent layer of the base material for card so as to form a sheet material. Half cut process 6 meeting with a card size is executed extending over the base material 1 and the release agent layer, and half cut process 6 of narrower size than the former is executed extending over the base paper 5 of back, the anchor agent layer 4, and the adhesive layer 3.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a tacky adhesive sheet inexpensively with good productivity, by providing a two-pack crosslinking type tacky adhesive layer on the releasing surface of a release sheet, laminating polyester nonwoven fabric thereon, peeling off the release sheet after crosslinking and aging, and transferring the tacky adhesive layer to the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic tacky adhesive such as a (co)polymer of a 2-8C acrylic ester is mixed with a crosslinking agent (e.g., a polyisocyanate) to pro duce a two-pack crosslinking type tacky adhesive. The adhesive is applied to the releasing surface of a release sheet and dried to form a tacky adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is laminated on a polyester nonwoven fabric and the laminate is wound up, crosslinked and aged. The release sheet is peeled off by using a winder, etc. to transfer the adhesive layer to the nonwoven fabric and the fabric is wound up to obtain a desired tacky adhesive sheet. The peeled release sheet can be re-used as a release sheet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize adhesiveness, make separation positive, effect indication to the surface of an adhesive layer by writing implements, and tender pattern printing for the ground decoration possible by printing ink by forming a writable adhesive separation layer on either surface of quality paper to be a base material through application of specific paint, and allowing sepearaion strength to be a specific value. SOLUTION: The adhesive separation layer is formed by applying a solvent paint containing an about 30% maleic acid amide copolymer on either surface of quality paper to be a base material on the order of about 2-3 g/m at a drying weight per one surface to then be dried in the order of about 100 deg.C. In this manner, the separation strength on the surface of the adhesive separation layer becomes about 2-25 g/25 mm at the value of an 180 degree separation method corresponding to JIS-Z-0237. Existence of the separation strength in this region prevents a stuck adhesive seal photograph from being dropped carelessly and gives an appropriate adhesive separation resistance. Patterning print for ground decoration given as required is partially formed on the surface of an adhesive separation layer through a printing method using usual printing ink.
