    • PURPOSE:To provide a packaging method which can be quickly and easily unpacked without scattering a packaging material when the package is unpacked, in addition to the original effect of the packaging, for a packaging method for which a doughnut shaped article of a bundled wire-formed articles and/or thin plate-formed articles is helically wound by a crepe paper, etc. CONSTITUTION:For a packaging method for which a doughnut shaped article is helically wound by a packaging material such as a crepe paper, etc., a thin strap-formed article A with a strong tensile strength, and an adhesive tape B with a wider width than the thin strap-formed article A, which is overlapped on the top of the thin strap- formed article A, are made to intervene between the body to be packaged and the packaging material, and the thin strap-formed article A and adhesive tape B are helically wound around the body to be packaged in such a manner that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape B may come into contact with the packaging material, under a condition in which the terminal end part of the thin strap-formed article A is exposed by approximately 40-100mm, to package the body to be packaged. At the time of unpacking, by holding the thin strap-formed article A and simply pulling it firmly in the vertical direction, the package can be unpacked easily and without scattering the packaging material.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a process for production of a tacky adhesive sheet usable as a tacky adhesive label on both surfaces with simple and good workability without using a release paper. CONSTITUTION:This process for production of the tacky adhesive sheet comprises forming the striped release layers 3 having specified intervals and width on one surface of a base material to form a first base material sheet and a second base material sheet, respectively, forming a tacky adhesive layer 4 over the entire surface of the surface formed with the release layer of the first base material sheet, disposing the tacky adhesive layer 4 and the striped release layer surface of the second base material sheet to face each other and adhering and sticking the first and second base material sheets to each other in such a manner that the striped release layers 3 of these sheets do not overlap on each other. The striped release layers 3 may be formed via the under coating layers on the surfaces of the base materials. The tacky adhesives forming the tacky adhesive layers 4 may preferably consist of fine spherical bodies sized 10 to 100mum, more particularly preferably 30 to 70mum.

    • PURPOSE:To favorably print on both sides of a card, eliminate omission at at printing, and restrain deposit of pressure sensitive adhesive on the back of the card after printing, curl, torsion, etc., of the card, by executing half cut process of different size respectively on the base material for double-sided printing and released paper stuck on the whole face of the base material. CONSTITUTION:At first, a release agent is spread on one face of base material 1 and dried so as to provide a release agent layer 2, and it is used as the base material for card. Next an anchor agent is spread and dried on one face of a pressure sensitive adhesive base paper 5 so as to provide an anchor agent layer 4, for the purpose of improvement of adhesion between the base paper 5 and pressure sensitive adhesive and prevention of penetration of the pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive is spread and dried on the anchor agent layer 4 so as to provide a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3, and it is combined with the release agent layer of the base material for card so as to form a sheet material. Half cut process 6 meeting with a card size is executed extending over the base material 1 and the release agent layer, and half cut process 6 of narrower size than the former is executed extending over the base paper 5 of back, the anchor agent layer 4, and the adhesive layer 3.

    • PURPOSE:To simply and certainly perform the pasting of a delivery slip by integrally laminating a base material layer and a resin layer, to allow a false adhesive part and an adhesive part to function as a separate kind of a slip in spite of a single base material layer and to enable the printing due to a non-impact printer. CONSTITUTION:A delivery slip is constituted by arranging a plurality of resin layers 2 (2a, 2b) to the rear surface of a base material layer 1 and laminating release paper 5 to the rear surfaces thereof through a self-adhesive layer 4. The cutting line 6 reaching the interface with the resin layers 2 is formed to the non-adhesive part of the base material layer 1. The cutting line 6 is utilized as a hooking part at the time of peeling and the laminated state of the base material layer 1 and the resin layers 2 is divided into a false adhesive part 3 and an adhesive part by the cutting line 6. By this constitution, the base material layer 1 and the resin layers 2 are integrally laminated and pasting is simply and certainly performed. The false adhesive part 3 and the adhesive part are allowed to function as a separate kind of a slip in spite of a single base material layer 1. Further, the printing of the delivery slip due to a non- impact printer is enabled.
