摘要： PURPOSE:To hold corrosion resistance and to suppress the propagation of bacteria by forming the second protective layer formed from a film of an antibacterial/antifungal agent precipitated through the chemical bond to a metal component to the first protective layer formed to the surface of an aluminum matrix material forming fins. CONSTITUTION:After a chemical forming film 8 (first protective layer) is applied to a heat exchanger made of aluminum, an antibacterial/antifungal agent film 9 (second protective layer) is formed to the chemical forming film 8 formed on an aluminum matrix material 7 forming at least fins 2 among a tube 1 and the fins. The antibacterial/antifungal agent has effect for bacteria propagat ing in the heat exchanger and dissolves in an acidic solution, pref. an aqueous solution whose pH is adjusted to 3-6 by phosphoric acid and the heat exchanger is immersed in a nylon aqueous solution containing said antibacterial/antifungal agent and dried to form a film containing the antibacterial/antifungal agent is selected from one uniformly dissolved in an acidic solution but insolubilized by a polyvalent metal ion to precipitate in order to strongly bond the same to the chemical forming film.

摘要： PURPOSE:To deodorize air from an air-conditioning device without the capacity of the latter from being lowered, by providing such an arrangement, a deodorizing filter is moved to a position where the filter extends across the passage of the air-conditioning device when an odor sensor detects an odor, but is moved to a position where the filter extends in parallel with the flow of air when no odor is detected. CONSTITUTION:An odor sensor 60 detects an odor in air downstream of a heat-exchanger 18, and delivers a detection signal to a control circuit 50. Further, when no odor is detected, a deodorizing filter 30 extends in parallel with the air passage in a duct 26. When the odor sensor 60 detects an odor, the control circuit 50 actuates a vacuum diaphragm 37 to move an actuating link in the direction of the arrow A. Therefore, the deodorizing filter 30 is moved to a position where it extends across the air passage as indicated by the one-dot- chain line for deodorization. With this arrangement, it is possible to restrain the lowering of the cooling capacity of the air-conditioning device due to a decrease in the air volume, thereby it is possible prevent maldor from entering into the passenger's compartment.
