CONSTITUTION:A window glass A is provided with a heating means B for raising its surface temperature and with a temperature sensor C for detecting the temperature of the inner surface of the window glass A. In a passenger compartment is provided a mode detection means F for detecting either a fresh air mode in which external air is introduced into the passenger compartment or a recirculation mode in which the external air is shut off and internal air is recirculated within the passenger compartment. A temperature detected with the temperature sensor C is compared with a specified preset temperature at a comparison means G and, in case the mode detected with the mode detection means F is the recirculation mode, current to the heating means B is controlled through a control means H according to the comparison result at the comparison means G. At the same time, a dehumidifying means D provided at an air conditioner E is controlled through the same means H.

    • PURPOSE:To defrost automatically a wind shield quickly and prevent it from being frosted for effecting comfortable air conditioning without using a compressor by controlling not only an amount of blow-off air from a defroster plenum but also a ratio of inside air to outside air for air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:When it is detected by a frost sensor 16 that a wind shield is frosted, an air plenum change-over damper 6 is controlled in such a way that an amount of blow-off air from a defroster plenum 1a is increased or decreased depending on the condition of frosting. And an inside/outside air change-over damper 3 is simultaneously controlled in such a way that the opening is changed over. Accordingly, a volume of air from the defroster plenum 1a is increased as the condition of frosting on the wind shield F is degraded, besides, a volume of suction air is increased to reduce the humidity of blow-off air. An electronic control circuit 13 is adapted to control the above mentioned operations automatically for reducing suction air from the outside as the wind shield is defrosted so as to eliminate a need for an actuation of an air compressor of an air conditioner without degrading the efficiency of air conditioning.

    • PURPOSE:To make even fogging on a windshield alone eliminable, by constituting a fog criterion so as to be corrected to a yet smaller auxiliary reference value at a time when the rider detector installed in a rear seat detects no rider. CONSTITUTION:When a rear window Wr is fogged, a judging device 20 operates, and a microcomputer 25 processes each inputted signal out of rider sensor 22 and a humidity sensor 21 according to the specified program, and if the fog on the rear window Wr goes beyond the specified reference value A, it outputs a dehumidifying signal via an electrical control unit 17, driving a com pressor 12 and switching a selector damper 16, thus it performs dehumidification. And, when no driver exists in a rear seat and a rider sensor 22 detects no rider, the microcomputer 25 sets the reference value A to be lower as much as the specified value DELTAA, setting an auxiliary reference value A'. And with this auxiliary reference value A', a fog judgment takes place. With this constitu tion, even when a windshield alone is fogged, the dehumidification is perform able, thus driving safety is improvable.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of heat exchanging efficiency, by a method wherein nets for enclosing a mutitude of high heat conductive particles into an air flow passage are provided at the inlet port and the outlet port of the air flow passage while neighboring fluidized beds are connected by both ends of fins so as to permit the movements of said particles. CONSTITUTION:A heater core H is provided with heat mediums or flat tubes 1, a plurality of parallel air flow passages 2, formed by neighboring tubes 1 and passing air from the lower end toward upper side, a multitude of high heat conductive particles, levitating through respective air flow passages 2 by the flow of the air, a plurality of fluidized beds 3, in which the movement of the particles P is permitted at the lower end 31 and the upper ends 32, and fins 4 arranged between neighboring tubes. Particles outflow preventing nets 12, 14 are attached to the upper ends 13 and the lower ends 11 of the tubes 1. According to this method, the particles are fluidized efficiently and heating efficiency as well as the cooling efficiency of heat medium and the air in the air flow passages may be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of ozone and to stop the operation of an air cleaner automatically by constituting the air cleaner in such a manner that a sensor detects the increase of the ozone concn. caused by a decrease of suspended particles in the air then the power source control part stops the generation of the high voltage in a power source part. CONSTITUTION:A high positive DC voltage is supplied to an electric discharge electrode 6 and a high negative DC voltage to a dust precipitation electrode 9 when electric current is supplied to the power source part 11. Positive ion is then generated near the electrode 6 and is attracted toward a counter electrode 7 and the electrode 9. Ion stream is generated at this time and the suspended particles move as well to stick and deposit onto the electrode 9. The oxygen in the air is converted to ozone by the corona discharge, but the ozone oxidizes and cracks if there are the suspended particles. The ozone concn. increases when the air is thereby cleaned. Such increase of the ozone concn. is detected by the sensor 14 and the supply of the current to the power source part 11 is automatically interrupted. The air cleaner is thus adequately operated.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent exhaust gas from a Diesel-engine from entering into the passenger's compartment of a vehicle, by automatically changing over inside and outside air change-over dampers when the exhaust sound of the engine is coincident with an exhaust sound characteristic previously stored in a memory and when the former is not coincident with the latter. CONSTITUTION:Unidirectional type microphones 22-24 are attached to the front section of a vehicle with their sound sensing sections being directed to the right and left sides, and front and rear sides of the vehicle, for detecting exhaust sound from a Diesel-engine positioned in the front section of one side section of the vehicle. Further, when an exhaust sound detection signal is coincident with an exhaust sound characteristic stored in a memory means in a microcomputer 26, a drive mechanism 27 changes over both change-over dampers 21, 21 into an inside air introducing position (indicated by a broken line) at which an inside air introduction port 11b is opened. Meanwhile if they are not coincident with each other, the drive mechanism 27 changes over both dampers 21, 21 into an outside air introducing position (indicated by a solid line) at which an outside air introducing port 11a is opened.
