The light emitting section 12 of a lamp 1 is inserted from the rear of the case 4, the light emitting side end face 15 of a flange 11 is brought into contact with the bottom upper end face 43a of the case, and a hooking recess and the hooking projection 32 of the metal 3 are coupled. The tongue pieces 23 of the board 2 are pressed in contact with the leads 17 of the lamp 1, a conductive section 21 is pressed to the leads 17 by the spring piece 35 of the metal 3, and the lamp 1 is fitted. Assembly and lamp exchange are easy.

Even if incorrect arrangement of adhesive 12 and the conductor parts 13 occur, sure contact between a flat part 24 and the conductor part 13 is attained to provide a stable conduction between the conductor 13 and the leads 31.

The projections 10a of claws 10 are hooked on two erected parts 12 which are not attached with printed wiring 4 among four erected parts 12 provided at the inside periphery of the mounting hole 11, and the socket 3 is fixed to the case 2. On the other hand, when the socket is fixed to the case, the lead wire 5 contacts with the erected parts which are attached with the printed wiring 4, and electrical connection is performed between the lead wire and the wiring 4. In this way, the contact piece terminal of the socket is made needless.

A part of the light reflected on the face 8 is blocked by a roughly circular disc upper part of the pointer axis, and the remaining part thereof is allowed to enter the axis part 3a of the pointer 3, then it is reflected on the light-receiving face, and directed to the tip end part 3d of the pointer 3. As a result, the pointer 3 is indicated brightly.
