摘要： This is a surgical device. More particularly, it is an intraosseous anchor for securing soft tissue, such as a tendon or ligament, to a cavity formed in a bone. The device itself preferably is formed in such a way that the soft tissue is pressed against the bone by the device to accelerate growth by the soft tissue and attachment to the bone. The device preferably utilizes anchor barbas on its exterior to grasp the soft tissue under conditions of improved distribution of tension and with a minimal disruption of the soft tissue-bone interface and the allied nutrient supplies. the anchor and soft tissue may be treated with osteogenic growth factors. Various processes of using the device are also shown.

摘要： A system and method are disclosed for an implantable gastric stimulation system (1000) within the stomach (100). The stimulation system (1000) includes an electronics anchor (2000), electrode lead anchor (3000), implantable pulse generator (10) and external programmer1500. The electronics anchor (2000) is configured to attach to the stomach wall at a first location and the electrode lead anchor (3000) configured to attach to the stomach wall at a second location. The electrode lead anchor (3000) includes one or more electrodes configured to contact the stomach wall and a flexible lead (3100) portion coupled to the one or more electrodes (3200), (3250) at one end with an the electrical connector portion at the other end. The implantable pulse generator (10) has electronic circuitry (1200) and is attached to the electronics anchor (2000); the electronic circuitry (1200) is connected to the electrical connector of the electrode lead anchor (3000) and can communicate with the one or more electrodes (3200), (3250). The external programmer (1500) is used to communicate with the electronic circuitry (1200) of the pulse generator (10) via a telemetry device (1600) to provide stimulation instructions to the pulse generator (10).
