    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the breakdown strength characteristic, and to prevent the increase in the depth of a box body by connecting a connecting conductor for a gas-insulated metal closing switchgear on the ground side of a grounding switch by a disconnector- side conductor, in which one side is curved in an approximately L shape, and joining the connecting conductor with a grounding conductor by a grounding-side conductor, in which the other side is curved in the approximately L shape. SOLUTION: A connecting conductor 14 on the lower side is fixed onto the upper terminal of an insulating spacer 12 by bolts 15. The left side of the connecting conductor 14 on the upper side is superposed on the left side of the upper end of the connecting conductor 14 and joined by the bolt 15, and lastly the connecting conductor 14 is conjoined with the terminal of a grounding switch 5. Consequently, the connecting conductor 14 on the upper side is curved gently in the upper section of the connecting conductor 14 on the lower side, and the connecting conductor 14 on the lower side is also curved gently on the left side of the bolt 15 clamped to the insulating spacer 12. As a result, withstand voltage characteristics with a winding on the inside of a current transformer 4 can be improved, and a gap G can be narrowed. Accordingly, the depth of the gas-insulated metal closing switchgear can be decreased.
