摘要： An intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet which is manufactured by a simple method, has an enough practical hardness and is rapidly disintegrated in the buccal cavity and its production method. The intrabuccally rapidly disintegrating tablet is produced by growing a powder material into a granulated material with a fixed particle diameter, the powder material including a sugar alcohol or a saccharide as main ingredient, each of which is first particle having an average particle diameter of not more than 30 μm, by mixing thus obtained granulated material with an active ingredient and a disintegrant, and by compressing the mixture into a predetermined shape.

摘要： According to the tablet production method of the present invention, tablet is produced by compressing molding material by means of punches and dies comprising the steps of using powdered or granular material including compound which is denaturalized or inactivated when tabletted at high pressure is used as the molding material, housing the punches and the dies in a spraying chamber, generating pulsating vibration air and spraying lubricant mixed in air in the spraying chamber, applying the lubricant on the surfaces of the punches and the dies while the lubricant sprayed in the spraying chamber is mixed with the pulsating vibration air, and tabletting the molding material by means of the punches applied with the lubricant on the surface thereof and the dies applied with the lubricant on the surface thereof.

摘要： A press-through pack and a sealing sheet for use in the same capable of easily taking out solid material such as tablet or the like contained storage recesses by only pushing action of fingers. The pack comprises an accommodation body (2) with plural storage recesses (2a) defined by sheet like portions (2b) for a containing solid material therein and sealing sheet (5). The sealing sheet (5) is made of such material that a recess (2a) in which solid material (T) contained, is partly ruptured without causing floating and peeling at the adhesion portion of the adhesive layer (4) and the sheet like portions (2b) when pushing the projecting portion (2c) of the outer side of the recess (2a) with fingers, whereby the solid material (T) contained in the recess (2a) is easily taken out and the sealing sheet is partially bonded to the accommodation body at sheet like portions (2b) in a manner that the whole parts of sealing sheet (5) is easily peeled off from the accommodation body.

摘要： Lithographic printing plate precursors have been designed so that they can be stored, shipped, and used in stacks without interleaf paper between individual precursors. This is achieved by incorporating polymeric particles having an average diameter of from about 3 to about 20 μm into the outermost precursor layer such as an imageable layer or topcoat. The polymeric particles comprise a core of a crosslinked polymer and have grafted hydrophilic polymeric surface groups that are grafted onto the particle surfaces by polymerizing hydrophilic monomers in the presence of the crosslinked polymeric particles. The lithographic printing plates can be either negative- or positive-working elements.
