    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive route plate, an electronic part substrate and an electronic part housing capable of efficiently diffusing, transporting, and concentrating heat to perform heat dissipation in an arbitrary conductive heat transport route by utilizing a high temperature conductive material having plane anisotropic thermal conductivity.
      SOLUTION: The electronic part substrate can be configured by affixing a thermal conductive route sheet 108 to a printed circuit board where an electronic part 109 is disposed and an electric wiring is laid and the like. The thermal conductive route sheet can be attached to the electronic part substrate by other existing substrate preparation technologies in addition to sticking ones. However, in case that the sheet 108 is conductive, insulation treatment should be performed between the sheet 108 and the wiring board. For the sheet 108, the thermal conductive route with high heat transport rate is provided by combining the direction and shape of high heat transport rate of isotropic high temperature conductive material and shape of high and low thermal conductive materials with thermal conductive isotropy in accordance with electronic part layouts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector improving thermal conductivity between a sealing part of an arc tube provided for a light source device and a heat conductive part, and capable of eliminating noise of a fan, and of preventing light from the light source device from leaking to the outside of a housing.
      SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.2(A), a heat conductive part 4 of a sealing part 3b is formed as a heat conductive layer 4a on a circumferential surface of the sealing part 3b by using a discharge plasma sintering method using powder of copper. As shown in Fig.2(B), the heat conductive part 4 of the sealing part 3b is formed with a mixed heat conductive layer 4b and a metal sleeve 4c mounted on the mixed heat conductive layer 4b. Alternatively, as shown in Fig.2(C), the heat conductive part 4 of the sealing part 3b is formed with a mixed heat conductive layer 4b, and a metal layer 4d formed on the mixed heat conductive layer 4b. Alternatively, as shown in Fig.2(D), the heat conductive part 4 of the sealing part 3b is formed with a multi-stratified mixed heat conductive layer 4b, and a metal sleeve 4c mounted on the mixed heat conductive layer 4b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat radiation structure in which an optical system is hermetically enclosed to reduce adhering dust, which is simple structure not using cooling liquid and further which restrains temperature rise by efficient heat radiation.
      SOLUTION: The liquid crystal projector is equipped with an optical unit 4 separating light from a light source to light beams of three primary colors and optically modulating the incident light beams corresponding to an input video signal. The optical unit 4 is constituted of: an airtight container 4a equipped with transparent windows on opposed surfaces; a polarizing frame unit 1 provided with a heat radiation part 1c on a metallic frame 1a holding a polarizing plate 1b; a liquid crystal frame unit 2 provided with a heat radiation part 2c on a metallic frame 2a holding a liquid crystal panel 2b; and a polarizing frame unit 3 provided with a heat radiation part 3c on a metallic frame 3a holding a polarizing plate 3b. The heat radiation parts 1c, 2c and 3c are arranged outside the airtight container 4a, and the polarizing plates 1b and 3b and the liquid crystal panel 2b are arranged inside the airtight container 4a.

An end part of the thermal conductive part 4 is formed in a semi-circle shape of its cross-section so as to be tightly attached to the light-emitting part 3a, and the spring 5b (the biasing means) biases the thermal conductive part 4 toward a direction of the light-emitting part 3a.
