    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner furnace temperature detector capable of reducing the amount of air consumption and noise during measurement of inner furnace temperature.
      SOLUTION: The inner furnace temperature detector is provided with a lance tube 2 supported in a housing 1 so as to be taken into and out toward the inside of the furnace and having a thermocouple 3 at the tip, a feed pipe for feeding cooling air into the lance tube 2, and a valve 5 opened/closed by the forward/backward movement of the lance tube 2. An air main valve 4 opened/closed on the basis of the inner furnace temperature detected by the thermocouple 3 is provided at the upstream side from a connection port for the valve 5 and cooling air feed piping.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soot blower and soot removing system, capable of reducing costs and space by reducing wires connecting a control panel and the soot blower.
      SOLUTION: This soot blower 1 receives a control signal from the remotely installed control panel 2 and removes dust by injecting injection medium from a nozzle with a lance tube rotated or moved or rotationally moved. It comprises a radio communication section 14 communicating with the control panel 2 by radio and a transformer 16 stepping down voltage supplied as a drive voltage to a motor 13 for providing rotation or movement or rotational movement from the control panel 2 to the lance tube and supplying it to electric equipment 15 including the radio communication section 14.

    • PURPOSE: To perform stable operation without generating vibration even when a low rate of an injection medium passing through a supply valve is temporarily increased by a method wherein a valve element support tool is mounted on the injection medium inlet side of a valve body and a guide bush to insert a guide rod in the valve element support tool is disposed. CONSTITUTION: A valve element 12 to open and close a valve is formed at the end part of a valve rod 1 and a guide rod 13 is arranged in such a state to extend from the end part of the valve element 12 to the injection medium inlet 9 side. A valve element support tool 7 is mounted on the injection medium inlet 9 side, and a guide bush 14 to insert the guide rod 13 in the valve element support tool 7 is disposed. In this case, the guide rod 13 extended from the valve element 12 is guided by the guide bush 14 of the valve element support tool 7 and supported in a fitting-in state. This constitution prevents the generation of vibration and performs stable operation even when a flow rate of an injection medium passing through a supply valve 11 is temporarily increased.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of seizing accompanied by contact between an injecting medium supplying tube and a lance tube and increase the durabilities of seals and device by,a method wherein the lance tube is contacted with the outside of the injecting medium supplying tube through a smooth curved surface of an internal diameter changing part having a large radius of curvature. CONSTITUTION:The inner diameter of a tip end side lane tube 17b is larger than the same of a root side lance tube 17a and the connecting end section of the root side lance tube 17a is provided with an inner diameter changing part 17c, whose inner diameter of inner surface is expanded with a curved surface having a larger radius of curvature and smooth surface while the inner diameter is changed continuously so that the inner diameter coincides with the inner diameter of the tip end side lance tube 17b at the tip end thereof. Surface hardening heat treatment (such as nitriding, carburizing, high-frequency hardening and the like) or machining of hardening build up welding is applied on the surface of the smoothly inflated curved surface 17e of the inner diameter changing section 17c whereby the hardness of the same is increased. Accordingly, seizing due to mutual contact between the lance tube and the injecting medium supplying tube, which has been generated in a conventional long- expansion type soot blower is prevented and the damage of the surface of injecting medium supplying tube can be prevented and the durability of a seal section and/or the device itself can be increased.
