    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly cover a work object by restraining damage of a curing material by stably and liftably supporting the curing material, by preventing external leakage of paint powder by eliminating generation of clearance by wind by easily and surely connecting the curing material, in a curing device.
      SOLUTION: A clip 21 for connecting nets 11a and 11b is composed of a clip body 22 and a stopper 23. While the clip body 22 is composed of a ring part 22a for substantially horizontally penetrating a guide wire 14 and having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of through-holes 13a and 13b of the nets 11a and 11b, an inserting part 22b inserted into the through-holes 13a and 13b with a phase difference of substantially 90 degrees to the ring part 22a and a connecting part 22c formed in a tip part of the inserting part 22b, falling-off of the inserting part 22b can be checked by abutting on an edge part of the through-holes 13a and 13b by connecting the stopper 23 to the connecting part 22c.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and definitely removing an old paint film or coat before working of repair painting on steel structures or the like.
      SOLUTION: A mobile carriage 10 movable along the surface of a steel structure 50 is provided with a high-frequency heating coil 5 as heating means. Removing means comprising an air motor 18 and a grinding brush 7 driven by the motor 18 is provided in the rearward of the coil 5 in the carriage 10. There is provided a recovery bag 35 where a bag 37 is detachably attached to a recovery inlet 36 energized on the surface of the structure 50 by a spring 39 in the rearward of the brush 7 in the carriage 10. A paint film softened by heating is exfoliated by the brush 7 and is recovered by allowing it to naturally drop into a recovery bag 35, by allowing the carriage 10 to move while applying a current to the coil 5 to heat the surface of the structure 50.
