    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cooling and heating design support system capable of automating setting of panels or piping design with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The floor cooling and heating design support system 1 comprises a display device 4 for displaying an image; a range input device 6 for selecting an image of optional range from the image displayed on the display device 4; and an information input device 5 for inputting information for a dwelling house. When an original floor plan reading means 7 reads an original floor plan of the dwelling house as floor plan image data, a reduced scale determination means determines a reduced scale of the floor plan based on the image of the floor plan and the actual dimension of a predetermined part of the floor plan, a panel layout design means designs panel layout in a panel setting object room that is a panel setting object of rooms in the floor plan with the determined reduced scale, and a piping means performs pipe arrangement for the panels and a medium supplier for supplying a medium to be carried in the panels.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity in assembling work by providing an intermediate plate between the flange of an exhaust pipe and the flange of an exhaust tube, connecting an exhaust passageway with the intermediate plate, and separating the connecting part from the optional direction of the screws which clamp the flange, when it is separated. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 3 which is connected with combustion equipment is provided in a casing 1 that is the main body of the combustion equipment, and a flange 24 is provided at the end of an exhaust pipe 5 that is provided in the exhaust side of the heat exchanger 3. An exhaust tube 6 is provided with a flange 27, and then the exhaust tube 6 is inserted into the exhaust pipe 5 in such a manner that an intermediate plate 12 pinched between the flange 27 and the flange 24 of the exhaust pipe 5. An O-ring 9 is held between the recessed part 24a of the flange 24 and the exhaust tube 6, and the two flanges 24 and 27 are screwed to the intermediate plate 12 by screws 8a and 8b to be axially compressed. They are sealed and connected, so that exhaust gas does not leak. Thereby, the productivity of assembling work can be improved.
