摘要： A snap ring attachment includes a guide cylinder (40) defining a guide path (41) having a region of a supply port side of a snap ring exhibiting a circular section and a region of an exit side of the snap ring exhibiting an oval section and continuously varying from the circular section to the oval section, so as to guide the snap ring toward an attachment groove, a posture changing and pressing mechanism (50) provided in the guide cylinder for pressing the snap ring supplied in an upright state vertical to the extending direction of the guide path while being radially contracted, to tiltingly move it, then again erect it, and press it while changing its posture to be pushed into the attachment groove, and a driving mechanism (60) for exerting driving force to generate pressing force in the posture changing and pressing mechanism.

摘要： A snap ring attachment according to the present invention includes a guide cylinder (40) defining a guide path (41) having a region of a supply port side of a snap ring exhibiting a circular section and a region of an exit side of the snap ring exhibiting an oval section and continuously varying from the circular section to the oval section, so as to guide the snap ring toward an attachment groove, a posture changing and pressing mechanism (50) provided in the guide cylinder for pressing the snap ring supplied in an upright state vertical to the extending direction of the guide path while being radially contracted, to tiltingly move it, then again erect it, and press it while changing its posture to be pushed into the attachment groove, and a driving mechanism (60) for exerting driving force to generate pressing force in the posture changing and pressing mechanism. In addition, a snap ring attaching tool according to the present invention has a guide path (401) exhibiting the same conformation as that of the guide path (41) to accept the posture changing and pressing mechanism (50). As a result, the snap ring can be assuredly attached while achieving simplification of the construction and others.

摘要： This invention provides a retainer assembling apparatus which assembles a retainer to a valve stem via a cotter which engage with an engaging groove formed on the valve stem. The cotter comprises a pair of cotter segments. The apparatus includes a cylindrical body, a holding portion which holds the retainer contacting a lower end of the cylindrical body, a push-up shaft which pushes up the pair of cotter segments into the cylindrical body, and an axial body which is arranged in the cylindrical body to be coaxial with the push-up shaft and to be coaxially movable. The cylindrical body includes a tapered inner circumferential portion on an inner circumferential wall lower portion thereof.
