In the instrument panel 1, at least one or more pin holes 3 that attenuate reflection of incident light at the upper face part are formed only in the upper face part 2b, so as to prevent shape collapse of the embossed parts 2, to attenuate the incident light at an inner surface of the pin holes 3, and to suppress reflection light.
