    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an injection molded product composed of a propylene resin composition, and a method for improving the weld appearance of an injection molded product.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an injection molded product which is obtained from a polypropylene resin composition (C) containing, relative to 100 pts.wt. of a polypropylene resin (A), 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a radiant material (B), the radiant material (B), preferably, aluminum particles have a flake form having an aspect ratio (average long diameter/average thickness) of 20-100, the mold temperature in injection molding is in the range of -5 to 170°C relative to crystallization temperature (Tc) of the proplylene resin composition (C). A method for improving the weld appearance of an injection molded product or the like is also provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam molding body which is obtained using a novel polypropylene-based resin composition that has excellent moldability (injection molding, injection stamping) and is excellent in physical property balance (high rigidity, impact absorption energy) and is used as various industrial components and automobile components, especially automobile interior components.SOLUTION: There is provided the foam molding body obtained by foaming the polypropylene-based resin composition comprising, based on 100 pts.wt. of the following component (a): propylene-ethylene-block copolymer, 1-80 pts.wt. of a component (b): propylene-ethylene-block copolymer and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a component (c): foaming agent. Component (a) is a propylene-ethylene-block copolymer with 70-80 wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene homopolymer moiety (A unit moiety) and 20-30 wt.% of an ethylene-propylene-random copolymer moiety (B unit moiety), in which the melt flow rate (230°C, 2.16 kg load) is 10-130 g/10 min; component (b) is a propylene-ethylene-block copolymer with 15-55 wt.% of a crystalline polypropylene homopolymer moiety (A unit moiety) and 45-85 wt.% of an ethylene-propylene-random copolymer moiety (B unit moiety), in which the melt flow rate (230°C, 2.16 kg load) is 0.1-40 g/10 min; and component (c) is a foaming agent.
