      SOLUTION: If it is judged by the hot water amount sensing means 10 that the useless burning of the heating vessel 1 generates, water supply is performed by a water supply means 8 from a water supply receptacle 7 to the heating vessel 1. Thereby, even if useless burning generates, it is possible to stop a rise in the temperature of the heating vessel 1 by remaining heat and to mitigate a bad influence by heat upon the electronic parts adjoining the heating vessel 1.
