摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a productivity and not to generate variations by providing a base unit which is provided with a conductive film on a base, a ditch which is so provided on the base unit as to eliminate the conductive film and a protective member which is so provided as so cover the ditch. SOLUTION: A conductive film made of such as copper is formed on a base 8 made of such conductive material as Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2 and so on to form a base unit 7. A thickness t of the conductive film 9 is made about 15 μm to 20 μm. A ditch 10 is provided in a spiral state on the base unit 7. The ditch 10 is so formed as to perfectly cut the conductive film 9. 摘要： PURPOSE:To improve productivity in the manufacture of an inductance element and moreover, to prevent an irregularity in the characteristics of the element by a method wherein the inductance element is provided with a base body having a base with a conductive film provided thereon, grooves provided in the base body in such a way as to remove the conductive film and a protective member provided in such a way as to cover the grooves. CONSTITUTION:A base body 7 is constituted of a base 8 constituted of a non- conductive material and a conductive film 9 formed on the base 8. As the form of the base 8, the form of a quadrangular prism is adopted and it is desirable that a chamfering is performed on the square parts of the base 8. The thickness (t) of the film 9 is formed in a thickness of 15 to 20mum. Grooves 10 are spirally provided in the base body 7. These grooves 10 are formed by a laser processing, a whetstone processing or the like. In the case where the grooves 10 are cut by the laser processing, the laser output is about 10 to 50W. The depth J of the grooves 10 is formed in a depth of 25 to 30mum. Moreover, a protective member having insulation properties is provided on parts, in which the grooves 10 are formed, of the film 9.
