摘要： In order to provide an engine automatic stop and restart apparatus capable of realizing excellent startability, and preventing an excessive load from being imposed on a starter (30) and a power transmission system, a starter drive inhibition determination section (12) inhibits, in a case where an engine restart condition is satisfied, when a backward rotation of an engine (20) is detected based on a crank angle of a crankshaft of the engine (20) detected by a crank angle sensor (1) for detecting the crank angle, a drive of the starter (30) configured to crank the crankshaft so as to restart the engine (20), and releases, when a stop of the engine (20) is detected, the drive inhibition of the starter (30).

摘要： In an internal combustion engine automatic-stop/restart control system according to the present invention, excellent restartability of an internal combustion engine is ensured in such a way that, while the internal combustion engine inertially rotates after its automatic stop, a solenoid of a starting apparatus for starting the internal combustion engine is driven so that a pinion gear is moved in the axis direction and pushing the pinion gear against a ring gear is started, and detection of a reference signal through a crank angle signal is prohibited until a predetermined period elapses after the pushing has been started so that erroneous reference signal recognition is prevented.

摘要： An engine automatic-stop/restart system resumes injection of fuel when an engine restart condition is satisfied, and energizes the starter motor when, after injection of the fuel has resumed, starting of the engine is not completed. The system can also control the coupling degree of a forward clutch under certain conditions, and energize a solenoid to engage a starter pinion with a crankshaft ring gear when their relative speeds are close to each other. The system then releases the forward clutch after the pinion and the ring gear have engaged.
