    • The present invention provides a mobile device that is able to receive content of a server even before a predetermined time interval elapses.The mobile device comprises a first transmission portion, which transmits a content transmission request to a first server, a second transmission portion, which transmits a content transmission request to a second server, a transmission control portion, which outputs transmission instruction information ordering the transmission of a content transmission request to the first transmission portion and second transmission portion, and a notice reception portion, which receives an urgent notice that is transmitted from the first server. The transmission control portion outputs transmission instruction information to the first transmission portion at a predetermined first time interval or when the notice reception portion receives the urgent notice, and outputs transmission instruction information to the second transmission portion at a second predetermined time interval.

    • When recording image data inputted from a plurality of data ports and a clock port, for a data port at which the data value has not changed over a predetermined time period, the data value at that data port and a data item which indicates that this data value has continued unchanged are recorded. Furthermore, time instant information is recorded for such a data port at which the data value has ceased to change. Moreover, the value of the transfer rate of the clock signal is recorded. By doing this, the transfer rate is substantially enhanced, and it is possible to anticipate effective utilization of the storage capacity due to elimination of the recording of useless image data.

    • A frequency converter includes a transistor pair having a first transistor and a second transistor respectively having collector terminals commonly connected to each other and emitter terminals commonly connected to each other, the commonly-connected collector terminals of the transistor pair being connected to a power supply terminal by way of a first resistor, a third transistor having a collector terminal connected to the power supply terminal by way of a second resistor and an emitter terminal connected to the commonly-connected emitter terminals of the transistor pair, a third resistor having an end connected to the commonly-connected emitter terminals of the transistor pair, and another end grounded by way of a constant current source, and an output terminal connected to the commonly-connected collector terminals of the transistor pair.
