摘要： A color picture tube is disclosed which comprises an electron gun for emitting an electron beam and a shadow mask including a plurality of slots and a plurality of bridges each interposed between adjacent slots along the longitudinal axis thereof. When X and Y axes are assumed passing through the central point of the surface of the shadow mask in the direction of horizontal deflection of the electron beam and passing through the same central point in the direction perpendicular to the X axis, respectively, the angle that each bridge forms with the X axis as viewed from the electron gun is determined in relation to the incident angle of the electron beam impinging upon the bridge, in accordance with the distance of the bridge from the X and Y axes.
