    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an cast-in-place pile construction method which reduces a concrete amount, and reduces a soil amount discharged from a site.
      SOLUTION: A pile hole 20 is drilled, a soil generated by the drilling is stored in a plurality of bag bodies 21, a reinforcement cage 10 is inserted into the drilled pile hole 20, and the plurality of bag bodies 21 is fed inside the reinforcement cage 10. The concrete amount equal to a volume of a fed soil amount is reduced by feeding the soil produced by the drilling inside the reinforcement cage 10. Then, a material cost and a placing cost are reduced regarding concrete. The soil amount discharged from the site is also reduced by the fed soil amount. A treatment cost and a loading cost are reduced as well. A working cost required for constructing the cast-in-place pile 1 is remarkably reduced by this manner.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of vibration by a method in which a reinforcing bar cage with a cap is inserted into a pit, concrete for pile body is placed, the extra-banking portion is mixed with a retarder before the concrete hardens, unhardened extra-banking portion is removed during excavation, and the end of the reinforcing bars is fixed. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar cage 2 is inserted into a pile pit 1, and concrete 3 is placed to a given level. The lower half of a female screw cylinder 5 is screwed with the upper end of the main reinforcing bar 4 of pile and a cap 6 is fitted on the upper end of the cylinder 5. A drive motor 10 is mounted on a support base 9 vertical movable on the leader 8 of a base 7 to drive a hollow stirring shaft 11, and a retarder is injected from an injection port 12 into an extra-banking portion 3a of concrete and mixed together. The concrete is cured and excavation is made. Connecting reinforcing bars are then connected to the top of the main reinforcing bar 4 of the cage 2 for pile. The connecting reinforcing bars can thus be easily and exactly connected to the base reinforcing bars.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent liquefying of sandy ground, by a method wherein a porous pipe, into which a tube filled with a pressured air is inserted, is penetrated into a sandy ground, and the air in the tube is exhausted when earthquake occurs. CONSTITUTION:In a pile A, a tube 2 is inserted into a porous pipe 1 having a number of through-holes 1a in the whole surface thereof. Pressured air is sealed in the interior of the tube 2, and the through-holes 1a are watertightly closed with the tube 2. A pile A is penetrated into a sandy ground C right under or around a structure B. When earthquake exceeding allowable acceleration occurs, an electromagnetic valve 3 is opened by an earthquake gauge and a control device D to momentarily discharge the air in the tube 2. In which case, the tube 2 is contracted for closing to suck gap water in the sandy ground C into the porous pipe 1 through the through-holes 1a, resulting in reduction in the gap water pressure in the sandy ground C and prevention of liquefying of the sandy ground C.
