摘要： A polyester-polyol being liquid at 40° C. and having a viscosity of not more than 10,000 mPa·s at 60° C., prepared by polycondensation of an acid component including at least one phthalic acid component selected from phthalic anhydride and o-phthalic acid, and an aliphatic polybasic acid, with a polyhydric alcohol; a process for preparing a polyurethane foam including reacting a polyisocyanate component with a polyol component including the polyester-polyol; a process for preparing an isocyanate prepolymer from a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component including the polyester-polyol; and a process for preparing a polyurethane foam including reacting an isocyanate prepolymer prepared from a polyisocyanate component and a polyol component including the polyester-polyol, with a polyol component. The resulting polyurethane foam shows remarkably improved physical properties such as tensile strength and tear strength, while having low density, acceptable appearance and texture.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide an electrolyte membrane that suppresses swelling and shrinkage caused by water retained in the electrolyte membrane for a solid polymer-type fuel cell, improves the durability of the electrolyte membrane, and obtains excellent power generation characteristics with a low resistance. The electrolyte membrane for a solid polymer-type fuel cell includes, as a reinforcing membrane, a nonwoven fabric composed of an electrolyte material and PVDF bicomponent fibers 2a, thereby improving the durability of the electrolyte membrane. Furthermore, the bicomponent fiber 2a has pores 23 that can effectively retain generated water, thereby improving battery performance under the condition of a low humidity.

摘要： A V-ribbed belt that includes a ribbed surface covered with fabric is provided. The fabric is stretchable in two predetermined directions. A method for manufacturing the V-ribbed belt is also provided. The method includes placing a belt matrix about a mandrel, placing a fabric about the external circumference of the belt matrix which wraps around the mandrel, placing the mandrel inside a shell having a plurality of grooves on the internal circumference, expanding the belt matrix and the fabric toward the internal circumference of the shell and thus pressing the fabric onto the internal circumference having the multi-ribbed structure, and curing the belt matrix with the fabric. The fabric is stretchable to accommodate itself to the multi-ribbed structure.

The resin composition obtainable by the method of the present invention can be suitably used in various industrial applications, such as daily sundries, household electric appliance parts, and automobile parts.
