    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra fine metallic wire winding device capable of winding, through mechanical control, an extra fine metallic wire uniformly onto a bobbin having flange parts formed into tapered surfaces, while preventing disconnection of the wire when it is unwound from the bobbin, and an extra fine metallic wire wound onto the bobbin by the device.
      SOLUTION: The device uses a bobbin 1 for winding the extra fine metallic wire y onto its tapered faces formed at its flange parts la and lb, with the metallic wire wound on each tapered face by a predetermined numerical value of its diameter, each tapered face of the bobbin having an inclination angle such that the radial movement and lateral movement of the metallic wire y smoothly shift when the wire is wound. The device has a rod 8 for longitudinally moving via a bar 7 upper and lower single rollers 4 and 5 supplying the metallic wire y; a movement detection rod 18 moving in synchronism with the rod 8; and a pair of sensors 19 and 20 for detecting the longitudinal sensor part 18c of the rod 18. The positions of the sensors 19 and 20 are spaced apart by a predetermined size to gradually increase the distance over which the longitudinal sensor part 18c moves longitudinally, so as to control the distance over which the rod 8 moves longitudinally.
