摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce a machine work by leading a ring-shaped primary base material on which a through-hole is formed, into a metallic die, forming a secondary base material by forging, forming a shape to the secondary base material by a ring mill, and forming it until it approaches a necessary shape by only a plastic working. CONSTITUTION:A straight ring forged part R1 is used as the primary base material and a ring blank R2 is forged. The ring blank R2 is set so that its height is equal to that of a product R3, also its inside diameter is small, and a mass distribution of the product R3 and the height direction, namely, a distribution of thickness goes to almost equal. This ring blank R2 is formed to a shape which has attached an excess thickness to one side of a shape of the product R3 by a ring mill by two processes. In such a way, the yield is improved, the process is reduced, and the organization is made uniform.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a modified cross section bar with good yield and high speed inexpensively by repeating in the longitudinal direction the pressing of the stock in which the working width in the longitudinal direction is wider than the working width in width direction and by fixing in width direction one side face of the thicker part and by fitting a groove in advance on the step difference part sometimes. CONSTITUTION:The stock 1 is repeatedly pressed in the longitudinal direction with the tool 2 that the working width L2 in longitudinal direction of the blank 1 being three times or more of the working width W2 in width direction. With the pressing under this dimensional conditions, the elongation of the reduced part in plate thickness almost appears in width direction and there is no differ ence in the length between the thicker part and thinner part nor any generation of cracks and folds. The finishing shape becomes better with repeating of the pressing by fixing the one side face of the thickefr part with fixing body and by pressing a groove in advance on the step difference part. After pressing shaping may be performed with drawing and rolling. The loss of stock is almost nil therefore and the tool cost becomes inexpensive and the productivity is increased.

And since there is no mixture of impurity such as O2, etc., and density ratio is almost 100%, magnetic characteristics are very stable.
